Villa holiday rentals in New Providence

Honestly pictures and reviews do not do the property justice. Timothy’s place exceeded our expectations in every sense. My husband and I love all inclusive resorts but wanted something more peaceful and intimate for our 10 yr anniversary and this place was perfect! We saw a total of 3 people on the beach the whole 5 days we were there and they were locals that were just walking their dogs on the beach and then in minutes they were gone. The water was so clear and calm enough to swim in and just enjoy the shore. We brought our small portable speaker and just enjoyed the view for hours on end every day. Timothy recommended a local place to eat which we tried and loved and went back day after day, “Louis and Steens”, coffee was great so was breakfast lunch and dinner lol. The Villa itself was just as the listing and was spotless and comfortable. Timothy had a few goodies, waters, fruit and juice when we arrived with a written note as well, he was super welcoming and made us feel at home.

Amazing stay! We felt very safe in the place and walking around. Extremely clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful views, private pool and beach access. It’s a quiet community with a short walk to grocery, liquor store (be prepared for island prices) and many restaurants. We walked to Blue Sail, Poop Deck, Twisted Lime and Mi & B. Would highly recommend Mi & B as it was one of our favorite meals. Deborah was amazing, met us on site for a walk through, provided us parasail and dining recommendations. Place was amazing! So much more than anticipated. Access to the Caribbean Sea was top notch. Right on the water and able to get there by walking a rocky path. We snorkeled right off the beach. It was amazing!!!!! House was very nice. As pictured. Views are stunning. Splash pool was used every day and especially fun at night. There is an eclectic coffee shop/hand crafted cocktail spot nearby (Bon Vivants) that we enjoyed every day after we found it. Great Cappuccino, pasties, cocktails and mocktails. A few nearby restaurants and grocery store close by. The only issue is it's on a busy road you have to cross to get anywhere. Doable though. Did not rent a car, took the bus downtown, which was great and cheap. Hosts were incredibly helpful and accessible. Ask them your questions!

1 week later and I’m home sick for this villa🥹. The pictures do not do this place justice. The accommodations are amazing. I saw comments about the yard, although there were leaves and flowers on the floor outside I did note the time of year. If u live around flora, you’ll understand that abscission is normal. A special thanks to Kent and Scott who are great hosts and were most responsive. We were a party of 8 and we were all comfortable. This is my forever home in Bahamas 🫶🏽

Let me start by saying Anton's place is amazing. We traveled with a group of 8 and it was more than enough room. My favorite part was sitting on the deck in the evenings, listening to music and watching the sunset over the ocean. The pool was amazing and the grounds were immaculate. The house had all the amenities we needed including beach chairs and canoes. Look no further, this is definitely the spot for rest and relaxation. We will definitely visit again.

I really appreciated Jean. She was flexible with us, with check out times, and was extremely helpful throughout our visit. She responded to every question quickly and even arranged for us get to and from the airport which was so kind. The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. We walked everywhere, including to the beautiful Cabbage Beach. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

This is a very nice property located in one of the best parts of the island. Half of block away from a really nice small beach with reefs where you can see fish and crab. Pristine crystal clear waters that reach your knees. 12 minutes from Paradise island and near pharmacies and grocery stores. Clean as a whistle, A/C in all bedrooms, comfortable beds, TVs everywhere. Nice home out of home ambience.

Orchid house is as beautiful in person as it is online. My guests and I were more than pleased with the house. It was spacious, yet still cozy. I would recommend this home to anyone travelling with a group of over 5 people. It’s the perfect vacation home, within minutes of a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and so much more! The co-hosts are very responsive and so helpful. I would stay again!

She coordinated the airport pick up. The driver arrived (2 vehicles for our larger family). They were friendly and shared recommendations during the drive. They dropped us off, walked us to the unit and let us in and gave the key and AC instructions. Very easy. Very friendly. Very safe! Loved this as I wasn’t prepared for no Ubers. Ha ha! Great host and even coordinated giving us a ride the next day when needed. Beds comfortable. Extra bedding. Bathrooms clean. Walk to beach was safe and easy on property. Very pretty. Highly recommended!!

Excellent property Excellent location Excellent Hosts !!!!

We were an American family traveling to Nassau/New Providence for the first time and did not want the resort experience. We wanted a safe Airbnb, and somewhere we could have as a home base to explore the more quiet and tranquil parts of the island. Geno's place was PERFECT for that. It is gated with a person to check you in and out when coming and going, a small convenience store across the way with really kind women who run the joint, a supermarket nearby for access to groceries (albeit a bit expensive), and the Pink Octopus in a neighboring community for cocktails and an ocean view. There is a small beach but it's decent, better beaches are a drive- Love, Jaws were our favorites - 35-40 minutes but it's island driving and you get to see how Bahamian life really is. Nassau and Paradise Island are a much shorter drive, but more loads of people. The house is clean, cozy, and well decorated. The pool is great! Remember, this is island life, so it's different. And well worth it.

Our stay here was really great. The villa is within walking distance of a few restaurants and the grocery store which makes it easy to get food without needing a taxi or bus. The view from the back to the ocean was beautiful. The beach was not super big but it was isolated and was good enough for the few of us. Cornelia was super helpful during our stay and provided us with lots of resources for things to do while we were there. Having this villa be in a gated community provided all of us with a good sense of security while staying there as well. They also had 24hr surveillance too :)

PERFECT location, can’t get better than this, beach is literally steps away! Can walk to Atlantis and grocery store and restaurants. There are also scooters around that you can use and pay with your phone. Everyone at the condos is super friendly, the restaurant was open and it was really good! Such a solid vacation.

Peo is a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. The cottage is beautiful and set away from the main building. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close enough to restaurants, beach and the main tourist area yet far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend this place.
