Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in New River

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

Ideal location near the Biltmore shopping, perfect for a quick visit to see my daughter in college!

My wife and I really loved this condo. POOLS Both pools are so close. Jacuzzi water was HOT how I like it. CONDO Clean, comfortable, room for luggage, every amenity you can think of in case you forgot something. We even had to email Callista when we left. We forgot to check the name and type of mattress that was because we are buying it soon! ACCESS Easy access to the 101, Talking Stick Casino, Walmart, shops, restaurants, and my favorite Sweetwaters Tea. The condo is just in a prime location. Sad to leave.

We had a very spontaneous trip to Scottsdale & Dana was incredibly flexible and accommodating our stay. The space was perfect for our family of 4. Great location too! We would definitely return!

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Enjoyed our stay! Quite neighbors,large pool area,location was perfect! shopping,eateries,massage was all within a 15 min drive,with a 5min walk to starbucks. I really liked the upstairs bedroom. Feels like the teenage girls had their own space. BEST PART....they so kindly let us check in early!!!! Some places won't! Would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!

Very clean and spacious condo. Quiet balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Had all the kitchen stuff, if you wanted to cook. The condo is conveniently located to several walkable restaurants and stores. There were plenty of linens & supplies, including pool towels!!! Awesome and thoughtful. We enjoyed the pool immensely!!! The elevator was useful, especially when lugging our suitcases. We would definitely book this condo again. Highly recommend Casandra’s condo.

Nick’s place in the Mayan Condominiums was perfect for my wife and I. His unit overlooks the pool, perfectly located, cozy and suited our needs well. Great value as well!

This is a beautiful 3rd floor condo, in a great and clean neighborhood, with access to useful amenities. Although I arrived to a messy home, Amir was very responsive and had a cleaner over within an hour. The cleaner explained the situation, which was very understandable, and she did an amazing job within a good time frame. Amir was also kind enough to refund me for half the day due to the inconvenience. This condo was airy, has a great layout and a very unique bathroom design. I was on the patio every night enjoying the stars. I highly recommend staying here.

This space was clean and quiet. Our plans shifted before we got there and Trent was flexible for our check-in time and accommodated our other requests. Being able to do our laundry and cook sometimes was very convenient. I would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home. The host left waters in all bedrooms which was a nice touch. The backyard is the best part. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great place to spend a few days for those who love the outdoors it’s very relaxing has some wonderful trails you can go on and when you get to the top the view is spectacular, house is superb clean and comfortable feels like home, I would definitely book it again One more thing sunset lovers, climb up the hill when sun is setting and you’ll experience one of the most beautiful sun sets ever…

Can’t say enough about this property and its amazing amenities, cleanliness, and excellent location! Desert ridge has everything you need from restaurants, shops, and entertainment! This house was so much fun for us. We spent the majority of the time relaxing in the backyard around the beautiful pool! We enjoyed the multiple patio furniture options and provided beach towels. The kitchen is awesome, well stocked, and a great place to relax and socialize! The living room is awesome! Filled with games, seating, and TV! We had fun playing games such as street fighter! In the master bedroom the bed is very comfortable! Shower and Tub are great! The guest bathroom is perfect as well and don’t forget the other two rooms which were really nice! I’d stay here again anytime! Drake and family were very friendly, welcoming, and kind enough to share this beautiful home! I’d recommend this locations over and over again! Thank you for the great stay, we’ll be back!

Such a great house. We loved the large open spaces. The kitchen and pool patio were our favorite hang outs. Everything you need for a lovely homemade meal. Sunsets were our favorite. Lots of cute restaurants close by as well. Would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful weekend with family, was a Christmas week here in Phoenix Arizona and the place felt like a home. Maria was always responsive and very thoughtful and kind, loved the place very much and it was nice and quiet during our stay.
