Beach condo holiday rentals in New Smyrna Beach

We were so comfortable and at home here! The views were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the shower was also great. We did not try out the pool as we were on the beach the whole time but it looked nice. We were thankful for the chairs and the cooler to borrow!

Everything was pretty much as described. Very well stocked. Felt like “our place”. When time permits I’m sure we will be back! The pool and beach access is perfect. The parking passes are on the counter area. The wrist bands for the beach and pool are inside and extras are in a drawer in the kitchen area. (We were dumb - looking all over 😆)

Lovely spot across the street from the beach. Perfect for two guests - loved the pool access.

My husband and I had yet another wonderful 2 week stay in Michelle’s condo at the Pelican. The condo has everything we needed for our stay here and we absolutely love the beautiful view of the ocean(my happy place!) that you can see whether relaxing on the private balcony or sitting inside the open concept living space. The condo is situated in a perfect location. Flagler Avenue( lots of good restaurants and shops) is within walking distance of 20/25 minutes and there are so many other shops and restaurants just minutes away by car. Michelle is an extremely pleasant person to talk to and has always returned all of our calls right away if we had any questions. We enjoyed staying at her condo so much that we have booked yet again (our third time) and can’t wait to return! Thank you again Michelle for the use of your condo for our vacation to New Smyrna Beach!

Amazing place with an amazing view. David’s place is in a great location. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and within walking distance. The condo was very clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There is also equipment for the beach so no need to pack any umbrellas or chairs. The pool area was very clean and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. David is a great host and made sure everything was ready and working for our arrival!

We had an incredible experience! The unit is exactly as described and easy to find. We loved how close it was to the beach. This apartment was stocked with every single thing we needed, from beach gear to cooking necessities. Max and Lukasz were also very responsive. The master bedroom fan was broken and Max came to fix it during the afternoon and had it done within the hour. We will definitely be returning to this Airbnb and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Thank you for everything!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Erica’s place! It was even better than described. We loved that it was on the ground level w/ a beautiful view of the pool &ocean. It was easily accessible to the beach. We enjoyed that it was gated with a code- kept us safe & felt private. The unit was clean &perfect for our family of four! The king size bed was so comfortable in the master & I loved the longer body-type pillows so much I am buying my own! The amenities were great- my husband loved the white fluffy, bath towels. We used the washer &dryer every day to come home with clean clothes- excellent idea! And those appliances were easy to use & washed/dried well!! Water pressure was good & we never ran out of hot water. It was decorated beautifully as well. The kitchen had all appliances & little ins and outs we needed/forgot like trash bags, ziplock bags, foil, etc… The AC unit kept the temp cool,so that was nice, but we also loved the supplied fans.We used & loved the beach tent-lifesaver!

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. The recent updates to the property are fantastic—everything feels fresh, clean, and well cared for. The location is unbeatable with direct beach access and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. A great mix of nostalgia and modern comfort. We’ll be back!

Jonathan and Nicole’s place was amazing! We experienced the most beautiful sunrises right from our balcony. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean and spacious. The area was quiet and charming, with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were very responsible, shared recommendations on places to visit, and always responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for this wonderful stay—it was awesome!

Attention to detail in every nook and cranny! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities and snacks too. Decent side view of ocean. Property amenities include 2 pools and shuffleboard beach side. Great location on non-drive portion of the beach and can walk to Chase’s on the Beach and across from Our Lady Star of the Sea. Quick drive to Flagler Ave and JBs. Brittany was responsive, helpful and friendly.

Vanessa was an excellent host, her home is lovely and everything was spotless. I love that she had a full pantry, beach equipment, and an emergency "forgot me" kit with bathroom essentials and Tylenol. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Lovely, expansive corner balcony with spectacular sunrise views. Great building amenities! Kitchen and balcony grill made fun family dinner activities. Wonderful long walks on the beach with our sweet furry family member.

We loved every minute of our vacation here. The condo was so clean and the view was amazing. We spent time at the pool, that was extremely clean, and the beach. This part of the beach is amazing because no cars can drive on it! We will definitely be back!

The Ocean Walk is hard to beat if you have a kids. Easy parking, staff is super friendly, beach access, pools, lazy river etc Great condo, had a great week

What an amazing condo. The pictures truly reflect the spacious living quarters. The interior design is absolutely beautiful. And the view is stunning. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to return in the future.
