Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Cook your meals in your own fully equipped kitchen, Grill downstairs or enjoy all of the excellent restaurants in the area. Unit has washer and dryer, all essential beach items.

Important: Elevator Out of Service (up to Aug 2027)! To reflect this inconvenience, rates have been drastically reduced! The condo is on the 4th floor, requiring guests to climb three flights of stairs. If you’re comfortable with the stairs, enjoy a 3BR/3BA condo at an exceptionally reduced rate, with spectacular ocean views and a prime beachfront location. Please consider the three flights of stairs carefully before booking, especially if anyone in your group has mobility limitations.
