There is also exciting things to do in the town of Riverhead, including shopping at Tanger and the Riverhead Raceway.

Rich’s place was perfect for our long weekend visit. It has lots of space, all the amenities we needed, plus was cozy and quiet. We were comfortable and Rich was flexible and easy to communicate with. We’re happy we found his place.

We had a wonderful stay at Steven and Justin's home! The house was charming, the location was perfect (on a quiet gravel road with friendly neighbors on both sides), and the backyard was fantastic. Not to mention the house was spotless. They also went out of their way to put together a super helpful guide to the area with an overview of beaches and restaurants - it took away all the stress of planning. Perfect for a quiet family vacation! We would love to come back!

We didn’t want to Leave!We stayed for a long weekend in May. A family of 7 adults & one 3 year old. This house was perfect for our stay. The photos of Ryan’s place doesn’t do it justice. The family with the 3 year old had the entire lower level all to themselves. A Bedroom, walk in closet, full bathroom, living room with tv, walkout to the back yard. It had everything to entertain including a big playroom full of toys. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, dining room, living room and well appointed kitchen. It is on the end of quiet street on a cul de sac. Behind the fenced yard were woods and marsh. Within a 3 minute drive to wineries. We couldn’t ask for a better location. Our grandson cried knowing we had to leave. I almost did too. I can’t wait to return

Beautiful 1930s 4 bed 3 bath! Walk to Beach

We had an incredible stay at the cottage with 2 families including teenage and college age children. The renovated cottage felt very welcoming and cozy yet there was plenty of room for everyone. Although it has the charm of a 1930s cottage it has a newly updated kitchen and bathrooms. It was well equipped with anything you would need for a beach vacation including plenty of new towels, beach chairs, and fishing nets. We used the fire pit in the backyard at night. The location is wonderful in the Fleets Neck neighborhood which is quiet with mature trees and friendly people. We took walks every day to the beach which is right down the road so there isn’t a concern if you don’t have a Southold parking permit. We have had great communication with Ike and Valerie and they have been very helpful to make sure we have everything we need for an excellent vacation. This is the best rental we have stayed in the area and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Ike and Valerie!

Charming home in the North Fork / Wine Country

We had a great time during our trip and the best part was the location and neighborhood. We took morning walks around the neighborhood and were able to drive to so many wineries, restaurants and apple picking just a few minutes away. The host was helpful and responsive. The outdoor patio was a nice spot to have a drink or breakfast. Very peaceful!!! Kitchen was well stocked. Felt at home.
