Tracey's Knoll: On ITS90

Relax with the whole family or all your best pals. We are directly across the road from ITS90, this is one of the main snowmobile trails in Aroostook County. We are 3 miles from town (Caribou). There are two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, which can be combined. We also offer a queen size bed in the back bedroom. air mattress for additional guest (max 6) can be added to back bedroom. Large 5 bedroom home on 88 acres

House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

River House Cabin Rentals

Cabin is located on the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. ITS 88 can be accessed from this property. Sledding / ATV riding right from the cabin. 4 miles to Caribou and 6 miles to Presque Isle. You’ll love this cabin because of the outdoors and the view of the river. Perfect private getaway. Secluded, yet close to shopping and other venues. Great for couples, outdoors enthusiasts, hunters, fisherman, business travelers, or vacationers. We can even stock the cupboards and fridge for you.

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Private entrance. Spacious bedroom (14 X 11) with large closet and dresser. Open concept living room (14X11) with queen size sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. Small kitchen includes small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and some cookware and Crockpot. Smart TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Full bath NO PETS. No smoking or vaping on premise or property.

Facing the river, this spacious and luxurious loft offers open spaces, large windows and 3 private balconies, for breathtaking views of the valley and the starry sky. Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, this loft includes a living room, kitchen, shower room and laundry room, while the bedroom occupies the entire top floor. Peaceful, comfortable and safe. Gram's Cabin

Gram's Cabin is the perfect place to rest on your hiking trip to Mt. Carleton, or to unwind on a hunting excursion. Secluded yet modern accommodations include a furnished kitchen and Starkink WiFi to stay in touch with the world. The Cabin is accessible by car, via Route 108. With accommodations for 6, and room for more, this is the ideal spot for a retreat. Gram’s cabin is 20 minutes from Plaster Rock, and 40 minutes from Mount Carleton.

Whether you enjoy snowmobiling, XC or downhill skiing, 4-wheeling, hunting, hiking, biking, fishing, or water sports, you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Our property is next to ITS 83 for your snowmobile and ATV fun. A country club and 9-hole golf course are right beside the property as well. There are numerous lakes and rivers nearby. And Canada is a half hour drive away!

Cozy Cross Lake Studio

Stay on the lake and make this cozy studio apartment a home base for all your Northern Maine adventures! This is a self-contained unit above a detached garage. Room to park two to three vehicles outside and space for several snowmobiles. Kayaks are available to borrow. Cross Lake is on the Fish River chain of lakes providing miles of open water for fishing and water sports. Easy access to ATV and snowmobile trails.

The Eagles Nest

In the Eagles Nest you are located in the country side of Fort Fairfield directly across the road from Aroostook Valley Country Club house and hole one. You will see the beautiful countryside, animals, and have access to snow mobile trails. We are located in Zone 6 for hunters. The perfect place for any outdoorsmen. We now have a second comp . Its the Bears Den. it's on it's own 100 acres overlooking a trout pond.

Back to the Basics Yurt

The yurt is located in Easton, Maine and it sits on a piece of land that is 120 acres. The land is peppered with spruce and apple trees. There are hiking and snowshoeing trails out the door of the yurt. The ITS snowmobile trails are easily accessible. The yurt is cozy, comfortable and a great place to rest and relax while enjoying the outdoors.
