Very nice cocooning studio

Studio de charme en plein cœur de la vieille ville, idéal pour un séjour touristique en couple ou professionnel. Proche toutes commodités et transports, nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité, parfait pour profiter pleinement de toutes les attractions de Metz. Excellent lit et matelas neufs 140 installés le 3 juin 2026 (pas encore visibles sur photos). Au 4ème étage sans ascenseur mais c’est bon pour les jambes et le coeur ! Attention, pas de climatisation mais un très bon ventilateur.

Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty, the lake, the Opera, the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.
