This location will satisfy everyone's desires, the proximity to the train station and major highways as well as bars, restaurants and cultural monuments within walking distance .

The apartment is located on the ground floor in an old mansion, quiet, garden side. We offer a bedroom+ private bathroom + living room (large Netflix TV) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty,the body of water, the Opera,the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.
