The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Our space is family and business friendly conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate 71, 10 miles to Mid Ohio Race Track, Snow Trails, Malabar farm, & MANSFIELD Reformatory. Onsite parking and motorcycle friendly with covered parking for motorcycles only. Our home sleeps up to guests with a queen bed and futon.
