Phenomenal, 5-star communication, always responded whenever I needed, and let me know they were there for me in case I needed anything, super clean linens, bedroom, and bathroom, quiet and even had a noise machine if needed. Stayed at Oriel’s place during a recent trip to Palo Alto and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The space looks just like the photos, everything feels fresh and nicely upgraded, with thoughtful touches throughout. There’s even a small patio that was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. It’s in a great location too, just a short drive to Stanford and close enough to everything without feeling too busy. Oriel was super communicative, especially when some construction started next door. He went out of his way to have them hold off while I finished an important video call, which I really appreciated. All in all, it was a great stay. Loved the space, loved the hospitality, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Visiting from North Carolina

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!
