All the amenities you need for a relaxing escape from the hectic parts of the city. Great restaurants nearby and public transportation less than a block away. Dogs are welcomed! Just minutes across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, the floating guest cottage offers the very best of the Sausalito houseboat experience. The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. With two bedrooms, this is ideal for a couple, two couples or families with middle-schoolers or teenagers. (For safety reasons, no children under 10 are allowed.) This is a truly special residence in an unforgettable natural setting.

Immerse yourself in our cozy guest suite in the Outer Richmond. Just 10 blocks from Ocean Beach, three to Scenic Land's End (views of the GG bridge), historic Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights park along with Golden Gate Park 3 blocks down the hill. A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

Garden Studio with a private entrance around the corner from the front door of the main house. This large studio walks out into a peaceful garden courtyard with a nice sitting area. While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. Queen bed, in-suite bathroom & Breakfast bar. Quiet location.

Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.

Mill Valley Stunning Studio

This private studio boasts amazing views of the golden gate national recreation area and easy access to hiking, Marin, and San Francisco. You’ll have a private entrance and the unit includes a queen bed, tv, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower combo. We also recently upgraded the hvac system so you’ll have heat and air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable.

Private cozy studio C (window towards the wall)

This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
