Our party of 7 loved our stay here, which we used for 4 days of our California road trip. It was a good base for visiting Malibu and we also made it as far as Santa Maria. This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Ben and Annie were wonderful hosts! We were very impressed with the decorating, cleanliness and response to a couple of questions we had. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our family. We can't think of anything that was not perfect! I think one of the strongest points of this Airbnb is the location, although you have to navigate windy roads, you find yourself at the very top of Malibu; the epic views and peaceful vibe make it well worth the drive. The Airbnb sits beneath the main house; although it is private, you are not detached. I had no issue as the host Nicholas is a wonderful man, a great communicator, and was very helpful. A blissful stay for me!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

My second stay here, I had a longer term stays about weeks each time. I returned because of the peace I found in the space and because Joseph and Saeideh were thoughtful and very responsive hosts. The perks for me were the outdoor Balcony, the privacy and the YMCA which I joined for the pool and gym for a very reasonable price ( Spring Sale). Loved how the house was tucked back from the street. Great natural light, beautiful little garden and trees, I was able to get some nice cross drafts with the windows open, but the Central air conditioning was powerful and quiet- On some nights, I used the ceiling fans. Appreciated the extra bedroom to have a lounge area. Overall, this place was thoughtfully laid out with no extra stuff and a small work desk came in handy for zoom calls. I walked the neighborhood - loved the vibe, lots of old trees, cactus, safe for walking day or night met neighbors on my strolls. Only downside was no laundry in unit for a longer stay- But laundromats near by.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Great stay here for my family of 6! Beautiful furniture and smart renovations made this a very comfortable stay! Sound of waves as soon as you walk in! Sebastian was VERY responsive to a couple questions. Would highly recommend!

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation
