This was such an idyllic getaway! From the warmest of welcomes from Tony, to the beautiful view from the window with visiting local wildlife, to the gorgeous decor of the barn - it felt simply perfect. I worked here for a couple of days and it was great for a working retreat, being able to take woodland walks straight from the doorstep for my breaks. The kitchen and barn in general had everything I needed and more. Naomi was always responsive, gave great instructions and local tips, and hugely friendly so I felt right at home. I hope to have the chance to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at lovely Kate‘s place. Kate is a wonderful host who pays a lot of attention to all details. Everything was perfect including the garden birds singing nice songs. Communication was terrific. Check-in is very flexible and convenient. We highly recommend Kate and her place.

Compact and well designed place to stay above a terraced garden, with views across to the downs. Plenty of wildlife and birds. I heard foxes and owls and saw bats catching moths at twilight.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing flat in Reading. The pictures don’t do the flat justice! The decor and furniture helped create an incredibly warm and cozy home feel! The flat was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you’d want. Additionally the communication from Lizzie and Cent prior to the booking and during the entire stay was phenomenal. Looking forward to coming back ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Other than no parking the location and premises were excellent. Parking was available 100m away so manageable. Quite comfortable apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Wanborough with Clare and Nigel and the menagerie! Pixel and Bobby made sure that we settled in and kept us entertained, and Clare and Nigel were friendly and very helpful. The annex was really lovely, very clean and with lovely furnishings, etc. A short walk took us to a lovely pub (The Plough Inn) where the food was great and the staff really friendly. Stayed here for 3 nights whilst working in Oxford. Beautiful location next to the River Ock, 5 mins from Abingdon and 20 mins from the Park and Ride to Oxford. I had everything i needed for my short stay in a clean and well equipped Studio. Lawrence left clear and precise instruction in how to gain access so check in and check out was easy. Unfortunately i didn't have chance to meet Lawrence in person but did see him on his ride on mower cutting the lawns! Definitely would stay again if working in the area. Thanks, Harvey

This is a really nice place in immaculate condition, very clean, quiet overnight slept well and parking on the drive is nice as well. I would recommend staying here. Provided tea and coffee and a pint of milk which is a nice touch.

Our short stay at Jon & Laura's was perfect. We loved the patio with comfortable garden furniture, for tea outside on arrival and for a leisurely breakfast. The pristine bathroom was a joy to use. Jon's information on the local area was well-received... we enjoyed our evening 50 minute walk to a pub for food & drink and our morning visit to The Gloucester Quays. (We also won our Tennis match!)

Great place , everything we needed , good parking , flat was fantastic , unexpected bonus of hot tub , which was prepared and clean & fresh , well looked after flat , good hosts

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely accommodation. Everything was perfect, clean, and the amenities were so lovely. The kids loved the pool which was definitely a highlight. David was around to answer questions and any questions we had were replied to very quickly when they were not on site. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. We had a lovely stay at deer field and although tricky to find well worth the hastle! The location is beautiful and lovely views from the garden terrace. The property itself was very spacious and nciely furnished with nice little touches like blankets for outside and seperate outdoor tablewesr fornif you fancy a bbq. Definitely recommend for a countryside break!

a beautiful little place, very cosy with perfect matching interior items. Soft towels were on hand, as well as robes. The hot tub is to die for, a very pretty well lit area, quite romantic! thank you for a lovely stay
