It is an ideal base to explore the area and only a 20 minute drive to the beaches. The fishing season starts from April to October.

Great place to holiday with family and friends. Only a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous Cardigan Bay coastline and a 10 minute walk into small town of Newcastle Emlyn which boasts a number of pubs, cafes, takeaways, shops and the stunning castle ruins surrounded by the Teifi river. The house itself has been recently renovated to a modern design and includes a games room! The property is set back from the road and enjoys spectacular views across the meadows.
