Each cozy room has a home feeling: flat screen TV; free Wi-Fi; telephone; and a private ensuite with a shower. We have no elevators and lots of staircases. We provide on-street and private off street parking. Even though we are located in the very center of the downtown historic properties area, this residential street tends to be very quiet.

Beautiful Queen bed suite on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom. Delicious hot breakfast served in our dining room with outstanding views. (in high season, May 1 to October 15). We are next door to a high-end coffee and breakfast restaurant. Luxurious, breathable goose down and cotton bedding. Don't come all the way to St. Johns and miss staying at the longest-running bed and breakfast! Located in old St. John's.

Easy access to the top of the Long Range Mountains. Lots of old roads to explore in summer and snowmobile trails in the winter. Well within anyone's budget.

We lovingly maintained the Heritage building within walking distance of all the downtown attractions—large ensuite bathrooms and desks. High-season breakfast always included complimentary coffee and tea. We provide our cotton, breathable linens and down duvets. Outstanding views from the dining room on the property overlooking the City and harbour. High-speed internet, TV channels, movies included.
