Very good option while in St John's. This airbnb is located in a middle class neighbourhood, really close to downtown (10-minute walk to the closes attractions). The host does his 110% to make a pleasant stay. A good breakfast and a place to park are included.

This place has been very-well remodeled and everything was crisp, clean, and in excellent condition. We were two couples and were therefore relying on the sofa bed for one couple. Unfortunately, it is a sofa where the right side and the left side push back into a reclined sitting position, while the middle section remains in a normal seating position. It’s not a actual sofa bed. We did find an air mattress in the spacious walk-in closet, and used that as a second bed. We would not hesitate to stay here again, especially for just two people, though we made it work very well with four people.

We had the best time at this Airbnb! The experience will stay with us for a lifetime. To rent a room and lay in bed and just stare at the tablelands was something we didn’t expect or grasp until we got there. We stay in a lot of different places and this place is truly unique. Jean is beyond incredible!!! She was so genuine, kind, helpful and just went above and beyond as a host to make our stay and trip special. You feel like you’re staying with family. And yet you also have a lot of privacy. Hoping to go back one day. We highly recommend this Airbnb stay. You won’t soon forget it.

For us this is was the perfect accommodation for two with a breathtaking view (including a few icebergs!). Our room was lovely and clean with fluffy towels and high quality linens. We had two secure entrances to our room (from inside and outside). There were a couple of common areas that were cozy and one of them allowed for a full view of the town and the water. Binoculars were handy for close up views of the icebergs and birds. Perfect to curl up with a coffee/tea (always available) along with real iceberg ice for our drinks! That was a novelty! Ruth had several recommendations for restaurants…we went to one of them and thoroughly enjoyed it (Pier 39). Ruth is a warm and welcoming hostess. She reached out to us prior to arrival to confirm any dietary restrictions (no pork) which she accommodated with turkey bacon at breakfast. How can I forget to mention breakfast?! Delicious! Especially the scones which all the guests took to go for mid-morning snacks.
