The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas
"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

The Hideaway Sussex - Cottage
The Cottage is a self-contained annexe within the grounds of our home but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance, small garden, patio area & parking for one car only. The cottage is a great place to stay while you explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast. The historic town of Lewes is within a 10-minute drive, Uckfield 10 minutes, & Brighton is 30 minutes away. Trains: From London-Uckfield/Lewes We also have 2 shepherd's huts which use the same driveway as the Cottage.

This private Edwardian house in peaceful Sussex is within easy reach of London, Gatwick Airport & Brighton as well as the historic town of Lewes & the South Downs. We are a short walk from Newick village (one of the oldest in England) with 3 cosy country pubs, a bakery & convenience store.

Beautiful Converted 19th Century Barn
Paynters Granary is a detached converted mid 19th century barn situated a short 5 minute walk to the local village amenities. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a large TV and doors out onto a South facing patio area. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with original beams and a bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living area and the property has ample parking and free WiFi. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, and have their own outdoor area to relax in.

Bull Cottage, Sheffield Park
A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Very much a home from home, you can step into a little bit of history with its numerous period features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and an inglenook fireplace. Cosy in winter and cool in the summer months, it is a great place to unwind and get away from it all, whilst also being on the doorstep of many local walks, pubs and attractions.

Green Park Farm Barn
In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
