"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. The space forms the entire top floor of a barn. It has its own entrance up some steps to the rear of the property and is very private, with views out over the fields and the tree canopy through skylight windows. It feels spacious, light and airy with vaulted ceilings & exposed beams. Fast WIFI throughout. The space is open plan with a kitchen, livingroom, workspace and ensuite bathroom. It's a peaceful, rural location, with a spacious garden that guests are welcome to share with the hosts.

Our cosy container is a beautiful sun trap, attached to our family racing yard. You’re in the perfect location for business or pleasure. footpaths a short walk away. The bottom of the downs a five minute drive and a handful of pubs all within a 5mile radius. Plumpton station a 2 minute drive you can be in London within the hour.

Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Paynters Granary is a detached converted mid 19th century barn situated a short 5 minute walk to the local village amenities. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a large TV and doors out onto a South facing patio area. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with original beams and a bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living area and the property has ample parking and free WiFi. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, and have their own outdoor area to relax in.

The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.
