Cosy converted barn in Sussex Countryside

The space forms the entire top floor of a barn. It has its own entrance up some steps to the rear of the property and is very private, with views out over the fields and the tree canopy through skylight windows. It feels spacious, light and airy with vaulted ceilings & exposed beams. Fast WIFI throughout. The space is open plan with a kitchen, livingroom, workspace and ensuite bathroom. It's a peaceful, rural location, with a spacious garden that guests are welcome to share with the hosts.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.
