Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Newmarket

Would recommend Nadia’s home to anyone visiting the area, the house is located on the lake with amazing scenery within a few seconds walking distance from the house! The house was beautiful so clean and spacious, everything was labelled and well laid out for us and Nadia was just fantastic to communicate with and super helpful with any requests we had! There was a lovely homely touch when we arrived to receive a welcome basket and a note from Nadia. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will for sure be back to visit during the summer months.

The location couldn't be better. Very clean and comfortable space. My daughter loved the park right down the road, and we had a fantastic time at the beach!

This is a nice home\cottage, sadly the weather did not cooperate so we did not get a chance to hang out on the dock. After spending all day at the Goodwood Kartways, it was nice to have a place to call home and rest our heads. Only suggestion is to add tea towels to help dry dishes.

We had a really great and relaxed time. We were helped very quickly with questions and we were shown everything if we had any questions. The place was very nice and cozy.

Very polite and communicative and responsive. The basement of the home is a very nice unit. Very clean. Hosts were excellent and very polite. Would recommend to anyone coming to Oshawa or Whitby area for a lengthy stay (we did 4 days).

This is a wonderful Airbnb in a really special place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You are in a quiet location within easy access of trails where you can run or walk and if you like to ride, there are plenty of equestrian places providing this facility including part of the Airbnb itself. Youssef and his family were welcoming and on hand to provide advice as needed. That said, they were never intrusive. The accommodation is spacious and homely and you certainly do not feel like rushing out but rather enjoying the facilities. There is everything that you could need for a short or extended stay. Towels were plentiful as were shampoo and lots of extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool is a real bonus for children or adults that like a daily swim and although shared with the family, I never felt restricted in its use and loved the fact that it was heated so was comfortable regardless of the external temperature. A wonderful stay and perfect host.

We have been to a lot of different airbnbs around the world and this was definitely one of our favorites. Alison was very easy to deal with and communicate with. This house is in a great location and just about a hundred meters to Lake simcoe. The house is small but very functional for our family of two adults and two children. The neighbors across the street were very friendly and they even lent my children golf clubs and fishing rods to go fishing. You can tell this is not a property just for Airbnb, as it felt like a home that someone lives in. It was cosy and verything was spotless . We were hoping to stay another month but it was already booked. We will be back again.

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

Susan and Ken are awesome, friendly, professional hosts. They have a clean cozy, homely loft overlooking their tranquil beautiful garden perfect for longer stays. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable even added an umbrella in the patio outside for my husband to have a smoke without getting drenched in the rain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

The place was incredibly, it felt like my own house. Plus, the decore of the house was really amazing. The locality is also nice, everything is close to the house. On the top of that what I liked was that all the utensils for cooking were provided for us.I would visit there again. I would recommend everyone to reserve this apartment for your stay.

This was our second stay at this well kept, conveniently located home. Comfortable furniture and beds. Breakfast foods generously provided.

Great place to stay. Everything matched the description. You get the whole floor to yourself. Overall clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small but still manageable. Will definitely stay again here in the future.

Such a cute little airbnb! My boyfriend and I visited Newmarket for a wedding. We just stayed one night and it this was the perfect place for the two of us. It was very clean and Ana was a great host, she was very quick to respond and allowed us to check-in early and was also flexible on check-out time. She also stocked the airbnb with water bottles, snacks and a few toiletries which was very nice!

Lovely little cabin bunkie. We enjoyed meeting the beaver who lives on the property.

My wife and I recently stayed here for a quiet romantic getaway, and it was nothing short of perfect. The place is small, intimate, and full of charm—exactly what we needed to unwind and reconnect. From the crackling fireplace to the soft, inviting lighting, every detail made the space feel warm and welcoming. It felt like our own private retreat tucked away from the rest of the world.

Ashley's cottage was beyond our expectations with every well-thought detail making it a warm, rustic, authentic and cozy experience. It was also very beautiful in the snow, with our kids watching the snow fall from the windows next to their beds in the loft. The hosts had thought of everything, including things that we never knew we needed - blankets close to the couch to snuggle up for movie night, popcorn in the pantry, cheese sticks in the refrigerator, etc. While we were only looking for a place close to the ski hills for a few days, we ended up not wanting to leave the cottage much. It was a good thing that Uber Eats delivered to the place, which was very unexpected for us. All in all, this cottage was the most memorable Canadian winter home our family has stayed in. We would certainly hope to stay there again some day, perhaps for the next ski season!

Absolutely glorious! It really must be seen to be believed and appreciated fully. Gorgeous, peaceful and secluded property with forest, flowers and ferns as far as the eye can see. Listening to the many kinds of birds in the area, and the babbling stream beside the cabin, was the perfect soundtrack for the peaceful getaway I sorely needed. Alliston was only minutes away, and was great to go to for lunch and catch a movie as well. The cabin itself is wonderfully rustic while still providing all of the creature comforts needed. Side note: the beds have Casper mattresses, and provided an excellent night's sleep. I have some new wonderful memories, and I greatly look forward to making more there in the future.

Kate's retreat is a perfect getaway from the city. Quiet, private, with lots of nature surrounding the cottage. The sauna, hot tub, and fireflies at night - were the extras on top. Thanks so much.

I felt at home in this cozy cabin immediately. It had everything I needed and it was obvious they take great pride in the place and put a lot of work into it. Got a super warm welcome from Ann who was very helpful and gave me a tour. Lots of helpful instructions which I appreciated. Loved the outdoor shower and the yard. 🤩 The a/c was an added bonus too on a weekend in September that was a bit humid. Location close to Lake Simcoe and lots of parks.
