Paradise. Surrounded by fields, set back from the road, with a magical little hedged-in backyard and a pickleball court outside the hedge. The house is very private and spacious with four bedrooms, well renovated with lots of beautiful wood. It has the best equipped Airbnb kitchen we've ever experienced, with everything from a milk frother to a barbecue fork with a built-in thermometer, spices, food processor, and a Nespresso machine. They also let you use bikes, beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and the pickleball court. Cathy was a very welcoming host, who met us when we arrived and was quickly responsive to any questions. The location can’t be beat: it is within a mile of two beaches (Tappan beach, which has no parking so you have to walk or bike there, and Lloyds beach, which has parking) and an easy drive to South Shore beach and to town. When we were there, the week after Labor Day, South Shore beach was free and uncrowded. People still swam and surfed, though the life guard

My husband, son and I just returned from spending an absolutely fabulous week at the Harborview. I really can’t say enough good things about the house, location and host (Kristina). We’ve been vacationing on Block Island for years and have been staying in a B&B. Decided to try something different this year and I’m so glad we did. The house is spacious, clean, well equipped. Returning home after a day at the beach, I really felt like we were coming “home”. Town is close, but we enjoyed the quietness being a little outside of the center. Super close to both Scotch and Mansion beach. Kristina even invited us to their sister property, the Barrington Inn, to watch the 4th of July parade. I’m not sure we’ll ever stay anywhere else!

Julia Anne’s cabin is the perfect place for a quiet RI vacation. The beaches are close by, and Newport and Providence are an easy drive away. The hosts were super friendly - the flowers in the cabin when I arrived were a nice touch. I would stay here again!

We had a great time at Dawn’s Airbnb. It was a cute place perfect for two people, it had all the things needed for a short trip, well equipped with amenities. We enjoyed using the shower speaker and lights, and cooking breakfast. Dawn was very kind. Great place to stay to experience beautiful Newport!

We loved our stay at the carriage house! Everything was well stocked and clean. Directions to everything were easy to follow and understand. During our stay we enjoyed venturing down to Newport and Narragansett beach.

This was a later than usual booking , spending weekend in westerly and Matunuck . Perfect location close to everything , off route 1. On same property of owner but very private . Mary was great to communicate with , and the place is brand new . Great back deck to relax on . 10 mins to misquamicut is great , and very comfortable furnishings . Look forward to a return soon in the fall !

Maria’s place was great. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was really clean and bed was comfortable. Maria communicated very well. We would definitely stay there again.

This was exactly what we needed for our trip. Spacious shower, full size kitchen and sitting chair were all nice features we enjoyed having. We would stay agin.

The cottage was cozy, beautiful, and spotless. The atmosphere was serene and quiet, with a spacious, open yard that our dog absolutely loved. Chelsea was very responsive and answered our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

We could not praise Colin’s place enough! It was easy to check in, the place was perfectly clean, and the location is unmatched. The entrance to the studio was the most beautiful of any Airbnb we’ve rented! We sat on the waterfront deck and thoroughly enjoyed the array of stunning birds that frequent the river’s edge. The pictures truly do not do the place justice. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect - we could walk everywhere downtown with a short drive to the mansions and cliff walk. Robert was a great host and made a delicious breakfast! We'll certainly be back again when we're visiting the area.

Stayed here one night for a visit to Mystic, easy quick drive from attractions and simple check-in. We absolutely loved the location, extremely quiet, private, and cozy. Perfect spot for a quick trip, very kid friendly too. Awesome games table, and very sweet welcoming party of 3 adorable dogs. We loved our stay and would definitely consider it again in the future! :)

Great place and setting . Very quiet neighborhood . Friendly neighbors walking their dogs. Place was perfect for us. Close enough to local “hot spots”. Quick access to local highway for easy travel. Owners easily accessible for any concerns. Loved the crows nest atop the place - great views and sounds. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay in Newport. This location was ideal in terms of walkability to the pier, local shopping and restaurants. I didn't realize it when I booked but the bedroom has an attached sitting room which meant plenty of space, not that you'll be inside much in this beautiful town with so much to see and do.

Jeans place was located on beautiful and historical benefit street! It was so comfortable and homey and extremely quiet at night which made for an excellent nights sleep! Came with one parking place but there was also plenty of free street parking right in front of her building! Would highly recommend staying here if you have a student at brown or at PC! It’s a perfect location!

Fantastic property! Perfect home base for Newport. House was cozy, recently renovated and hosts really thought of everything including a wonderful array of welcome goodies and snacks, a fully equipped kitchen, games, toys and a washer dryer with plenty of detergent. Beds were comfortable and a ton of linens provided for showers. Lots of hot water, we never had an issue even after back to back showers. Host was quick with communication. Very highly recommended.
