Monthly Rentals in Newton Aycliffe

Was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the area was and only 5 minutes walk to a little shop. Matthew was a great host and very helpful. The house was roomy and everything you could need was provided, lovely white fluffy towels were an unexpected bonus and appreciated. The hosts have really thought about their guests and have done their best for a very reasonable cost to make a pleasant stay.

Had some questions before the visit and Jane responded immediately. Very nice place, easy to find and lots of parking available. We will be back when next in the area

Good flat is a good location near shops, it could do with curtains in the bedroom but apart from that I would recommend it.

This was our second stay and was perfect . We had our son, his wife and baby with us this time and wondered if we’d have enough room for us all but it was fine, plenty of space for us all and Milo (the dog). Even has two parking spaces. Thank again😍
