There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

Warm Studio Apartment

Warm studio apartment in Eastern Wellington. Close to Wellington airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie and Akau Tangi/ASB sports centre. The apartment is a self contained unit on the ground floor of a two story house. We live in the top floor with our three year old and newborn daughters so please expect to hear children. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.

Welcome to a private sleepout nestled high in the Brooklyn hills above Wellington. For solitude it's unbeatable! Grand view north over Brooklyn rooftops to Mount Tinakori. There is wi fi, and Brooklyn's fine eating establishments just a one minute stroll away. Well connected to the CBD either by bus or a leisurely walk through Central Park into town. No pets allowed.
