Surrounded by farmland on the main tourist route between Waitomo/Hobbiton/Rotorua/Karapiro/Cambridge. We live downstairs with our 3 children, cat & dog. We are situated only 200m from the Main Street of otorohanga and an easy 15min drive to the popular Waitomo caves. Accommodation is a single room situated approximately 15m from main house with a parking area right by unit and offers everything you will need for a comfortable nights stay. Continental breakfast is provided. Also available if required we have a pull out single bed which would be more suited for a child.

Very spacious self-contained studio, set amongst gardens of the main house with young dairy stock all around. Peaceful quiet location at the end of a no exit road with beautiful views. Light breakfast included, Toast, Spreads, Orange Juice, Fresh Milk, and Cereals. Sit in your private spa pool after a busy day and watch the sun go down and the stars in the evening, they are so clear.
