Great place- has everything you need and more.! Careful thought and consideration has gone into this air bnb , making it very comfortable and relaxing and loads of helpful information provided too. Sherrie and Carl are welcoming, whilst also being respectful of guest privacy. The location is ideal - equidistant between the Niagara parks attractions and NOTL, which is a cute little town. There's a local Sobeys supermarket a few minutes drive away which stocks everything you need. The washing machine and tumble dryer are very handy for travellers or if you get a bit wet visiting the falls! It was easy to feel at home here and relax in the cosy living room after a long day of sightseeing. Tastefully decorated and super clean - highly recommended!

1068 is an ideal location for touring the Niagara Peninsula. Close to Niagara-on-the-Lake and all it has to offer. The house is roomy, well-maintained and well-appointed. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable. Parking is great . The AC works well - a must-have on a humid and hot day! Absolutely no complaints. We loved it and highly recommend it if you're looking for accommodation in the Virgil/Niagara-on-the-Lake area.

My dog and I had the most amazing staycation at Joe's cabin and I don't know who enjoyed it more - me or him! The location is beautiful - so peaceful and so green and lush. The cabin has everything you need and is centrally located to many wineries and easy to get to Niagara-on-the-Lake or surrounding areas. Joe and Emma are super friendly and helpful and we hope to return again next year!

This place is absolutely beautiful and my boyfriend and I loved staying here:) Dawn is so nice and lovely to talk to, you can really tell how much she loved her animals by the way her face lights up when she talks about them. The animals are all so friendly and loving and the Hoblet is quaint, cozy, and very clean! I brought my cat and she loved it too. Truly a very nice place to get away from reality for a little while, will absolutely be coming back!

I absolutely loved my stay at Swey’s place — it truly felt like home. The space was perfect for a longer visit: clean, quiet, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Srimanthas bnb was so clean and spacious. I was with 4 other adults and we all enjoyed our stay. We stayed one night in order to go to Niagara Falls. I personally found the bed a little too firm but everyone else had comfortable sleeps. They provided enough linen and the central air was so nice in this June heat wave! I would definitely recommend this bnb!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was just so perfect for the two of us and our pup. We had everything we needed and really loved the private patio. Mike was so communicative. With everything on one level, it was so easy. 100% recommend and we will return here!

My husband, 2-year old and I had a great stay! The home itself is about 100 feet away from the cabin in the photos, but our baby monitor signal still reached as the wifi was really good! The unit itself was very clean and comfortable- it had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to the main street in less than 10 minutes, where a few cafes, restaurants and the harbour front was. At night, it was so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the fire overlooking the lake. The co-host Brianna was extremely fast with her communications and accommodating! For anyone looking for a little retreat, while not being on the middle of nowhere, this is a wonderful spot!

Had a lovely stay here! Was looking for a pet friendly place to stay after attending a wedding in the area, and had a lovely time here! Being able to bring our dog was awesome. There was even a private backyard area for you to use! Also, the beds were also SUPER comfy!

Kevin was a wonderful host and we enjoyed watching the solar eclipse from Niagara Falls, which was a short walk away.

This is a great place, in an excellent and quiet location. The Royal B & B hosts were thoughtful, accommodating, and gave great recommendations. The space was clean and as advertised with all essentials in order. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip around the Niagara area. Loved that the bathroom was accessible from the pool so I didn’t bring the wetness into the kitchen/bedroom area. I was concerned given a negative review about the bathroom but I quite liked it being a bit separate and tons of space in the hallway to get luggage in and out. We had no privacy concerns either, would highly recommend a get away here. Thoroughly enjoyed the full kitchen to cook a nice meal and enjoy on the patio. Definitely try a sandwich at the restaurant. I had the chicken parmigiana panino and it’s one of the best I’ve had! Loved the outdoor badminton games too. Thanks again Royal B&B!

Very roomy & cozy home on a beautiful property. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We walked by the river and to the Lighthouse Restaurant near by that was very good. It was about 20 minutes to Niagara Falls and there’s a Walmart if you need supplies about 10-15 minutes away. We cooked there and found what we needed to do so in the cute little kitchen. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. There isn’t a bunk bed as shown in the pictures but there was a very comfortable queen bed and the single bed was there too.

Quiet and great layout. Perfect to be central between st Catherine’s and Welland.
