Basement Apartment - New Build!

Full basement apartment of a brand new home which was recently featured in Toronto Life Magazine. Fully loaded with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and laundry. The best sound dampening we could implement - it's very quiet. Incredible home gym and foosball table. Nice outdoor dining and BBQ area. 1 parking space in the driveway included, however, street parking isn't usually an issue, although technically not allowed. Our Historic home is in the lovely Elmwood Village and on Buffalo Olmsted Parkway with art galleries, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. Our rental is for the top-floor of the home with a separate side entrance. Perfect for up to six(we are very strict with the number of people allowed to stay. No Parties and absolutely no smoking including vape pens/e-cigarettes). We live in a separate area but are rarely seen unless needed. You have your entrance and plenty of parking.
