Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

At the end of the cottage is an outdoor kitchen with cold water, oven and stove. A lovely terrace. A little further away, there is a toilet building with a toilet and sink with cold water. No bath. Bed linen, linens and towels are included in the price. Breakfast can be purchased. Within walking distance is Himmerland Football Golf and open garden by appointment. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

The home is located in rural surroundings with many opportunities for experiences in nature. Parking right at the door. "Aftægtshuset" is a home of 80 m2, of which 50 m2 is used by AirB&b guests. 2 beds with the possibility of additional bedding. Bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator. Note that there is no stove. Try, for example, a hike on the Himmerland Trail, a fishing trip at the beautiful Simested Å, or visit the lovely Rosenpark and activity park. The area also offers exciting museums.

Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
