It is five minutes one way to the trendy Place des Pins and Place Garibaldi, with direct tram to the airport, and 5 minutes walk the other way to the beach. On the 2nd floor, with no lift, this 55sqm apartment has a good size living and dining with a fully equipped kitchen. The family created their dream holiday home so of course it has all the mod cons like air-con, double glazing, etc.

The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!
