This place was as described; a wonderful and comfortable stay that felt like home. The apartment was spotless with a lot of natural light, close access to trains and walkable to restaurants, the sea, the main strip and old town. Levon was a great communicator throughout. I would definitely look to stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at Remario’s Airbnb! It’s a beautiful place with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s also in such a great location - close to the train station and also in walking distance to the beach. Remario’s communicate was really great and responsive. We would happily stay here again and hope to be back!

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

We loved staying at Diego’s Airbnb. This was our second time in Nice and really loved the location of this Airbnb. Diego was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb! He was super responsive and helpful with all questions . We also loved the extra touches he had around the Airbnb and really made the experience special. The bathroom was spotless and the rain shower is amazing. We were also grateful for the washing machine with everything we needed provided. Would highly recommend and don’t hesitate to book!

Amazing views from the deck! Location was perfect and exactly what we were expecting.

This Airbnb was perfect. The balcony with the view of the beach in the distance was so peaceful. The bed faces the balcony so you can watch the waves crash as you lay down. The Airbnb was extremely clean and the host was very responsive. The location was EVERYTHING. Directly next to a parking garage, 3 minute walk to the beach and promenade and directly next to endless restaurants and cafes. I would absolutely stay here again! It was about a 10-15 walk to old town nice, but you cannot drive a car there anyway so it was perfect. The scooters and bikes were also located right out front, so if you don’t have a car and wanted to ride bikes it is so easy. Loved this Airbnb.

So close to the beach! A nice walk to Old Town area, easy to rent bicycles. The balcony was a favorite place to chill, along with the solid windows to block out noise of busy restaurants below. Comfy, firm mattress and upscale dishes etc. So nice to be able to wash clothes. Pizza restaurant right across the street is excellent for late night take away after a long day walking. Highly recommend!!

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

We really enjoyed our stay! Our check in was very smooth and informative with Edi. The apartment and location were perfect for us! Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. We loved having the balcony to sit out at and watch people go by. Also, really appreciated having the air conditioning. A must when staying in the summer. We would gladly stay again :)

We spent an amazing week enjoying the beautifully appointed condo and it’s amazing large balcony and spectacular views. The city , beaches, train as well as grocery and shops were all accessible by bus or by foot. Just far enough away from the noise and crowds made for peaceful evenings on the balcony after busy sightseeing days. A very safe building and area close to muséum and park. Marion and Justin were excellent to deal with and made for a stress free holiday, which was sincerely appreciated. Hopefully we will have the pleasure of returning again. I stayed in this apartment for over 2 weeks for work and it was a great experience. It was in a great neighborhood and was an amazing retreat that felt like my home. There was one issue with a smell that happens in many buildings in coastal cities and Veronique responded immediately and told me how to resolve it quickly without any issue! Her instructions for all aspects of the apartment were so detailed and better than any other short-term rental I have stayed at! The apartment was perfect and in a safe, cute, area with a lot of food options, and the best boutiques to shop at in Nice! I’ll miss what felt like my Niçoise home but luckily I know where to go back to next time ❤️

An excellent place to call home during our visit to Nice. The apartment was 5 star on cleanliness, amenities, decor, location. Top appliances, well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, air conditioning! It was really a joy to stay in a place that is everything we could have wanted; plus, restaurants and shops nearby. The walk to the beach was only a few blocks. (There is a flight of stairs from ground to first level, but it seems this is a customary in the old Nice neighborhood.) Our host, Nico was very friendly, responsive and helpful with all of our inquiries. We highly recommend Nico and his apartment to any visitor to Nice. Thank you, Nico!

After using airbnb for more than 10 years and traveling to more than 60 countries, this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Very stylish room, world-renowned brand furniture, view was amazing! I will definitely come back if I get a chance! The room has a lot of small details, very worthwhile!

The location is simply perfect—just steps away from all the highlights of Nice, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it. Whether you’re exploring the Old Town, heading to the beach, or enjoying a café around the corner, everything is within easy reach. Gregory was an outstanding host—his communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout, and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended—we would come back in a heartbeat!

Almost new, bright, well-equipped, well-located. Host responsive to any issues. We really enjoyed this 3-day stay as part of a wedding.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
