This appartment is located in the heart of Nice, just where the Old Town blends into the new city, close to The Museum of Modern Art (MAMAC) and the place Garibaldi. The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. In the old town you can enjoy living like the locals, and by the entrance door you will find Cave de la Tour, famous by the locals, where you can have a refreshing glass of wine. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. A real cozy little nest under the roofs in the heart of the city of Nice, very sunny and quiet, take care of my little cabin :) The apartment is an attic on one floor, it looks like a Tiny House because it is 33 m2 in total including 15 m2 Carrez law, and the entrance is through a private staircase. The night space is open to the living room. I lived in the cabin for 2 years to renovate it and make it a real cocoon to welcome you.
