Magical and beautiful Bedrock Cottage! Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, WiFi and I loved visiting the koi fish pond that’s on this beautiful property. There’s a rooftop too! Watching hang gliders up in the sky was really cool! Rick is so welcoming and friendly, couldn’t ask for a nicer host! Absolutely loved our 3 nights stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Battle Vista! Our family def took advantage of the hot tub each night after all of our daily excursions! everything was clean and tidy...it was a great place for our Spring Break get away!

The perfect place to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary! This place was exactly as described. Clean, beautiful, quiet. So relaxing! We had everything we needed for a quiet weekend in. The attention to detail really shows the love and care put into this place. Even checking in on us when we had some bad weather to make sure we had power and to know where the emergency flashlights and lanterns were stored. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home with an incredible sunrise view. You won't regret staying here. The home is clean and very well stocked. The area is very private and you can hear the waterfall below. You'll enjoy watching hummingbirds on the porch while sipping your coffee & taking in the beautiful sunrise. Great local lookout points, restaurants, coffee shop, and other attractions within 5-10 minutes from the house.

Home as described. Clean and tidy. Host have thought out recommendations for various services listed in a folder for their guests. Check in and out process exactly as described. Small but very functional getaway for my family. I would stay here again.

The cabin was just perfect for our long weekend stay! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the hot tub too! And yes, you can hear the highway, but the host has provided earplugs and white noise machines that make it almost unnoticeable, and the convenience makes it worthwhile! Thanks for a great stay!

Great place specifically if you have a larger group. Lots of outdoor activities, foosball, and ping pong! Host was very proactive, lots of instructions around the house that provide clarity of expectations. We enjoyed our time together!

The location was so peaceful and with an absolutely stunning view. The host was very responsive and there was a great deal of detailed information shared in a notebook in the cabin. The best thing is that the hosts are on site and check the property as soon as you leave so if you have left anything (which we did) they contact you quickly so you can return before you’ve gone far. And, we met the hosts at this point and they were very pleasant.

I can’t say enough good things about this cabin and the owners of the property. The cabin is way nicer than described in the listing. Simple and quaint but the attention to detail on the things that matter are there. If you need a place to stay on your way through or just need to get away to spend quality time with the one you love this is a great little place to do that. Definitely coming back at some point.

The home is very convenient to all things Mentone. So nice that there are two suites! We grilled one night and most nights enjoyed a relaxing fire in the screened porch fireplace. Kitchen is very workable for cooking full meals and wifi, TV and setting are great. Our dogs were able to run off lead as the home is about 1000' off the main road on a small lane. Loved the cabin feel and that there were bathtubs! You must see Little River Falls - take water shoes & play in the mountain water!

We absolutely LOVED this house, it was peaceful and private and everything we were looking forward to during our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, and we loved that it was so close to Chattanooga as well!!! 100/10 would recommend!

This house is in a quiet but friendly neighborhood. Plenty of neighbors walking over to the park up the road / hill. It is close to the North Shore busy area, but that is a short drive away. Walking distance to a few fast food places. Our dogs loved the yard and felt at home there. I enjoyed the small back patio and table. The house, linens and surfaces were all quite clean. Lynn left clear instructions in a booklet and included local recommendations - those were all helpful. We did struggle a bit to get understand how to watch the local TV stations.

Great place with a great host. Perfect for our week-long family getaway. Close enough to Chattanooga, but also far enough away. Highly recommend staying at Sydneyland.

Tammy is an amazing host, and the property was perfect! Great location, walkable and convenient to my son’s school. This home had a great layout for a family, and it was appointed perfectly for a getaway. Highly recommend any of her homes.

This is a great place right next to outlook mountain. You can walk to incline railroad and short drive to rock city and ruby’s fall. The place has great view and very quiet with a private access.

Very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Everything we needed for the short stay. Very quiet and peaceful!

We enjoyed ourselves so much. We were warmly greeted, and given a tour. We opted for the morning farm chores, and they were fun and educational. It was my husbands 60th birthday, and he milked a cow for the first time!! We were offered Bible study after the chores, and Brynne did a great job. Brynne was our farm chore guide too. She was excellent at both. At night, I opened our window, and the ladybugs greeted me, and I could see the stars from my pillow. The weather was perfect. I’m very happy with my stay, and would recommend it. We were about 45-60 minutes from Chattanooga, where our activities were for the weekend, but it’s an easy drive. It was so quiet and peaceful, that you forget there are animals right near you. My husband had a great birthday weekend!!’

Our home away from home! Our third stay in Amy’s fantastic house! Everything is so well kept, has everything you need including an amazing, heated pool, and is in a fantastic, gorgeous location very close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. We look forward to coming back to our TN abode our next time in Chattanooga! Thank you, Amy!

Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Fred, our host.

This was a dream come true for our family! My kids were thrilled with their experience and couldn’t have been happier! My wife and I felt so much at peace and we loved the view. We felt so happy with our choice we booked an extra night and no one wanted to leave! Absolutely amazing!!

We loved staying at Merritt's Place! Very cozy and the hosts were very accommodating! The pool was refreshing and clean! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was big and spacious! It was everything we needed!!
