Amazing place to stay with grocery stores and gas stations very close by. Julia was very responsive and the place felt right at home. Kids also loved the place. thanks a lot to Julia.

I highly recommend the place - interiors excellent, host very friendly and to the point, surroundings are serene and tranquil. Space wise, it’s not for more than 11 people in my opinion. 5 dedicated bedrooms for 2 persons each and then 1 more bedroom in the basement but the bed is wall to wall, so good enough for 1 bachelor. Really good couches but wouldn’t recommend them to sleep overnight unless you’re trying to cut on budget. Definitely didn’t feel like it’s good enough for 19 people as advertised, good that we were just 12 with a kid. In a nutshell, bet your money on it if you’re planning a peaceful vacation for 11 people. Thanks Renato!

Nous avons passé trois semaines très agréables chez notre hôte. Elle est extrêmement gentille, discrète et toujours souriante, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié discuter avec elle. A lovely place to enjoy peaceful time with family or friends! We stayed in early June, and the neighborhood was beautifully green and picturesque. The home offers a stunning view of the hills and is tucked away in a quiet, private area. It was clean and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. Marie was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Old Quebec and Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier, we had the chance to explore both the city and the national park. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Rick's overnight on a spontaneous getaway with my boyfriend. Great food, shops and cafes. Many places to choose for cafe and desserts. Easy to find parking areas in downtown area. Very clean. Hot tub was wonderful and clean. the Pool looked wonderful but we ran out of time to try to the pool. Rick was very responsive and proactive. He made check-in, our stay, and check-out very easy. Would and will be back!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison idéalement située pour découvrir le parc de la Mauricie. L’hôte était très réactive et chaleureuse, ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. On s’y sent comme à la maison ! Le jardin et la véranda sont de vrais atouts : parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de randonnée. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

Bel appartement cosy et bien rénové dans le centre ville, parfait pour faire la tournée des brasseries et restaurants sans sa voiture. En plus il y a un balcon devant et un derrière. Il y a même des trucs de base, café, sucre, etc, bien pratique! La communication avec l’hôte est excellente. Je recommande.

Le chalet est magnifique et les lieux très très tranquille! Nous avons adoré profiter du chalet pour se relaxer et profiter de la nature environnante! Gros coup de coeur pour moi!!

Peaceful stay at the Chalet. We stayed here for three nights and loved our daily dips in the hot tub. We felt extra cozy with the warmth of the wood stove and enjoyed playing board games and watching movies. The kitchen was well equipped and the dishwasher was an added bonus. Would stay here again!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison ancestrale de l’île d’Embarras: c’est une maison pleine d’histoire et de cachet, au style champêtre. Prendre le café le matin en regardant l’eau du chenal ou lire dans le hamac en après-midi nous ont permis de nous détendre et de profiter d’un rythme plus tranquille. La cuisine est super bien équipée et l’air climatisé à l’étage des chambres fut apprécié en cette période de canicule. À faire: une randonnée-bateau à travers les différentes îles de Sorel.

On est restés 9 jours chez Emmanuel et Ewelina et on serait restés plus longtemps. Magnifique chalet , très beau terrain, la paix profonde et nos chiennes étaient les bienvenues! Une expérience luxueuse et élégante avec des meubles et outils de cuisine de qualité. Grand comfort et beauté. De très beaux lacs à explorer sur des sentiers peu fréquentés, certainement vrai au mois de mai.

10/10 trip! This is easily the best nature-focused Airbnb we’ve stayed in! The cabin is private and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows that make you feel immersed in the forest. Luxurious touches like the sauna, heated floors, and a super-comfy king bed made it an elevated stay. The hiking nearby was phenomenal. An intermediate trail with a rewarding climb, ending at a pristine, secluded lake. Taking a dip after the hike was the perfect way to cool off. Marie-Philippe’s cabin is incredibly well-stocked, especially for outdoor cooking. The fire pit setup is excellent, complete with well-seasoned cast iron pans. Thoughtful details throughout made the whole stay feel special.
