Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nicosia

A great Air BnB. Very Clean and Tidy and a great location to visit the city centre ans attractions. Constantinos was a great host and communicated promptly and clearly throughout. Would stay here again.

Jolie village de petite montagne avec toutes les commodités, restaurants, supérettes, etc..., au cœur des troodos avec des ballades à faire en famille, maison de caractère, ancienne au sein du vieux Kakopetria. Je ne peux que recommander.

I liked the privacy and the beautiful view we had. Cute balcony, clean kitchen with all the necessities, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Living room was very cosy. For sure you need to buy some food beforehand but if anything there are near supermarkets and coffeeshops. Overall i wanted more time there!

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. We had a wonderful long stay at this property. The place is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located, with all amenities and shops just a short walk away. We stayed as a young family and found it comfortable and convenient. The host was incredibly helpful—he took our feedback and suggestions on board and promptly made the necessary adjustments to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible as a young family. We’d be happy to stay here again. 😊

Lage,Lage,Lage,die Aussicht ist wirklich grandios!Das Penthouse ist wie beschrieben,mit Vorzügen und Nachteilen.Leider waren die schönen Pflanzen im Außenbereich alle tot.Die Einrichtung ist außergewöhnlich und beeindruckend.Wir waren nur zu 2. da und haben uns in der Wohnung verloren. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charoulla's apartments. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and Charoulla personally showed us around the apartment, making sure we felt at home right away. The apartment was impeccably clean, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout. One very pleasant gesture was when Charoulla set up the fireplace for us, adding to the cozy and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay!

L'appartement est très confortable et parfaitement aménagé. L'immeuble est très calme et est situé à une demi-heure à pied de la vieille ville. La cuisine est agréable mais est franchement sous-dotée en ustensiles de cuisine. Il n'est pas facile de se faire de bons petits plats. Autre remarque, à notre arrivée nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir que le logement que l'on nous avait attribué ne comportait qu'une chambre au lieu de deux conformément à la réservation. Il a fallu téléphoner pour obtenir satisfaction. Heureusement, des appartements avec deux chambres étaient disponibles.

Beautiful location, quiet and very nice apartment. It had everything we needed for this two days! Only thing that was missing was a veranda.

The property is a renovation of a traditional Cypriot house that has been very carefully planned and laid out. The result is excellent and truly exceptional. It encapsulates all the modern facilities yet still retains a distinct rustic charm that breathes new life into the building.

It is a cozy house in a mountain village, with everything you need for a holiday. The location is beautiful, too. Just 100 meters from the door, you're exposed to an eye-catching mountain valley view.

We liked our vacation and stay at the Kalli Villa. The house was great, everybody had it's own space and the barbecue area at the outside was perfect to cook.

This is not the first time we stay at Kyriakos’ place and it still exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect, clean and had a lot of amenities. Kyriakos was very nice and friendly and took care of the house (a lot of new things were added to the house since last year). The place is a perfect getaway from the city and it satisfied our needs to take a break and relax. I highly recommend this place. It is spacious and perfect for a big group.

Schönes großes Haus mit genug Platz. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir haben uns mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum gelegen, aber mit Auto ist alles problemlos in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Stylianos ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

This is an absolutely charming place. We spent the New Year holidays there and it was impossible to imagine a better place for it. The house is located on the edge of the village, in a quiet place, surrounded by beautiful mountains. At the same time, the village and the necessary shops are literally 5-10 minutes away by car. It is very cozy inside and has literally everything you might need. There is a living room with a TV and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and a veranda. Central heating, two showers and a grill area. We had a great time there, the hostess quickly answered any questions, and the opportunity to sit quietly in the evening by the cozy fireplace is truly impossible to overestimate. If you are looking for a place for a weekend getaway in nature - I highly recommend this house.

We had a great stay. The house is super spacious, we were 7 ppl and it didn’t feel crowded. Lots of closet space, fully equipped kitchen, kids loved the yard and pool. The village is very peaceful and close by car to all the great spots and cities. These hosts, they are not hosts, they are angels on earth. I can’t even begin to explain what they did for me and my family, they are absolutely amazing, responsive and easy to talk to and just great human beings. Great value for money for a chill and fun visit to Cyprus.
