Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nicosia

The apartment was clean, functional and exactly what we needed for our stay in Nicosia. The location in Engomi was also perfect in a quiet street. Highly recommended!

I stayed in El's really well-located and well-equipped flat for a few months and really enjoyed my time there. If I had any questions, EL and her family were quick to answer them in a welcoming spirit. The flat is in a fantastic location for working but also for getting to the old town, sports or restaurants quickly. I would love to come back one day!

The place is clean & tidy fresh bedsheets smelled clean with disinfectant also had small Gym. Very bright & light coloured wall paint. Nice decorative order throughout very noticeable piano in the front living area.

Perfect location, spacey apartments, hosts are very responsive and eager to solve any issues during the stay.

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Theodora is a wonderful host, always responding quickly and politely. Her apartment is very artistic. It is beatifully decorated and has a yard at the front, where you can enjoy your coffee. Many bakeries, super markets, and restaurants are nearby. The city center is easily reached by bus or taxi. Totally recommend it!

Attentive and friendly hostess, beautiful house, it was convenient for me to the University of Cyprus, the house has everything you need for living.

Mrs. Anna Maria was excellent host! She was very helpful and kind in all our communication. The loft was spotless and very cosy.

We had a fantastic stay with our family! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous view of the mountain and forest —it felt like a peaceful retreat. The location was perfect and made exploring the area easy. It was very clean and convenient, the beds were newly sparkling clean. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was a very friendly person, he conveyed all the information about the region to us, his advice was very important, thank you very much for everything, when we go to Cyprus, we will not have a place to stay other than him.

A really nice apartment, with a very helpful host, all excellent !

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and in a very good location to explore Nicosia on foot. The neighborhood in general is very quiet and the only thing that sounds loud is the calls for prayer (inevitable for this part of the city in general). A big advantage of the apartment for those who wish to move by car (for trips outside the center, because for the center it makes no sense), the parking space that Mr. Nikos gave us just 10 meters from the entrance of the apartment building.
