This is what holiday dreams under thatched roofs look like: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter plot with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

The house has been newly renovated and has particularly unique furniture with attention to detail. The house has a large garden with a fire bowl in which every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two train stations you are on Sylt. The cottage is a popular destination not only in summer, but also in winter it impresses with its coziness, to which the stove in the living area contributes.

The idyllic wooden house is located in the small town of Ockholm, only 5 minutes from the Wadden Sea. Old apple trees frame the ecologically built house on the 1000sqm property and invite you to relax. From the back terrace you can enjoy the wide view of a pasture with horses or sheep. Bathing facilities as well as mudflat hikes are quick to reach, including the ferry docks to the Halligen or to Föhr and Amrum.

We have modernized the approximately 200 m² vacation home "Mein Nordstern" with a lot of love for detail. We have equipped and furnished the house the way we like it best. Thus, in addition to design classics, there are high-quality beds and carefully selected kitchen utensils that make the house modern and cozy overall. We now also have a sauna in the house. Just one kilometre from the Wadden Sea National Park, you can experience the charm of a lovingly renovated 120-year-old Frisian house. Elevated on an idyllic Warft you have a fantastic view over the wide landscape. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and romp. Pets are also welcome. Enjoy your vacation in any weather by the warm tile stove or in the bathtub.
