La maison est située à 1,5kms des sentiers du littoral pour de belles balades à pied ou à vélo vers l'île de Ré , en passant par la plage de galets de l'Houmeau.

Il est situé au cœur du centre historique , des rues commerçantes, des restaurants et du Vieux-Port. Appartement tout confort et lumineux au premier étage. Le logement est composé de deux chambres avec chacune un lit double, ainsi qu'un canapé lit dans la pièce de vie. Je suis actuellement en recherche de parking, je n’en ai pas encore trouvé pour cette année.

A quelques pas de la mer notre spacieuse maison de 130 m2 classée « meublé de tourisme 3⭐️ », se situe à Lauzières (village ostréicole aux portes de la Rochelle et près du pont de l'Ile de Ré). Elle se compose de 2 chambres climatisées à l’étage et d’une chambre au RDC, d’une salle d’eau , d’une salle de bain ,d'un salon (40m2) et d’une grande cuisine (30m2) climatisés donnant sur un espace extérieur intimiste.

This charming 40 m2 apartment is quiet and bright. In the old market district, you will fully enjoy the city center and the old port. It is located on the 2nd and top floor of an old building located in a courtyard. Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
