Children are very welcome, but the house is not equipped with stair gates, etc. Located in the farmlands, while very centrally in the country and only 2 minutes from the highway just south of Utrecht. The house is fully renovated and equipped with all necessities. Several biking and walking routes pass by the farm. The nearest shopping mall is 2 km away.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Central located apartment - groundfloor & airco

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself. On the Achterdijk in Schalkwijk is a beautiful vacation home. The house is situated in the former shooting range of the Lunet aan de Snel, part of the New Dutch Waterline (NHW). The house is furnished for a maximum of 6 people. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. A canoe is included in the rental of the house.
