Unique accommodation with plenty of privacy and wellness facilities. This unique B&B consists of two separate train cars. On the terrace, there is a wood-fired hot tub with plenty of privacy. On the premises, there is a sauna (wood-fired). Next to the terrace, there is a private fire pit. The 2,500-m² property has only 2 accommodations. Two kilometers away is the village of Nieuwleusen, which has a bakery, a supermarket, and eateries. The Hanseatic city of Zwolle is 10 km away. Cycling in the Staphorsterbos forest, which has a natural swimming pond, is highly recommended.

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

Rural holiday home with stunning views

Welcome to our holiday home in Dalfsen! In this peaceful place between the meadows and forests you will really relax. Enjoy the unobstructed views and spot hares or even deer! We lovingly spruced up the cottage in 2025. Guests love the interior, the luxurious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is a garden all around and the forest is a minute's walk away. The nature reserves at the Vecht, Lemelerberg and the Rechterense Veld are also just around the corner. And Zwolle and Giethoorn are fun trips!

(Tiny) house in the barn by the horse stables

The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Our guests find our house spacious, pleasant and equipped with every comfort. With 2 terraces and an outdoor fireplace, it is a nice place to stay. The area is quiet, beautiful for hiking and biking and not yet discovered by the general public. (so don't tell anyone...). The cozy Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Kampen are just around the corner. Heino is a village surrounded by estates, of which the Nijenhuis with museum is the best known. In short, peace, nature and culture.

Your stay in this romantic, authentic yurt will stay with you for a long time. Come and relax by the wood-burning stove or outdoor fire. Wonderfully relaxing, this yurt is an unforgettable experience. The box spring ensures a soothing night's sleep. For 2 extra people there is a sofa bed with topper) Everything is available for a relaxing stay. For a maximum of 4 people. There are currently 3 young cats on the farm and 3 horses.
