This is a private rental accommodation in a renovated 100-year-old traditional Japanese house located by the sea and at the foot of the mountains in Nanaura, Echigo. It is too simple to call it an old house, but it looks old and is new. I hope you will remember this pleasant feeling as one of your travel memories. This is the Mase Coast in Nishikan District (formerly Iwamuro Village), Niigata City. 25-min drive from Makari IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, 35 min from Sanjo-Tsubame IC.The horizon of Echigo Nanaura stretching out below. A morning walk on a deserted beach. A hiking trail that feels like the world of Ghibli. Nearby, there are secluded mountain cafes and There is also an Italian restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the sea. You can also purchase a lunch box from a famous restaurant in Iwamuro Onsen and spend a relaxing time. We are also planning agritourism so that you can cook and enjoy freshly harvested vegetables. Relax and be soothed by the scent of the sea and the sound of the waves, swim in the ocean, climb Mt. A log house villa located in a place that is easily accessible to both Nikko city and Lake Chuzenji. It can accommodate up to 4 people (please note that if more than the number of guests on the day come, we will not be able to accommodate them), and has high-speed WiFi. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.) It is also equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer for longer stays. * The washing machine is free to use once during your stay. * Please note that there is a separate fee for the dryer. ⭐We now rent BBQ utensils, which many guests have requested The rental includes charcoal and a BBQ table, but food is not included in the rental price. (Also, I recommend a pot because it gets cold and windy around October) Please let us know in advance when you use it. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
