This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal. Out of consideration for our neighbors, the following activities are strictly prohibited. ・ BBQ after the sun has gone down - BBQ in front of the house - Fireworks ・ Playing loud music, etc., indoors or outdoors ・ Making noise outside after the sun has gone down ・ Drinking and making loud noises ・ Loud conversations indoors after 10 pm Please book only if you are willing to comply with these rules.

A log house villa located in a place that is easily accessible to both Nikko city and Lake Chuzenji. It can accommodate up to 4 people (please note that if more than the number of guests on the day come, we will not be able to accommodate them), and has high-speed WiFi. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.) It is also equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer for longer stays. * The washing machine is free to use once during your stay. * Please note that there is a separate fee for the dryer. ⭐We now rent BBQ utensils, which many guests have requested The rental includes charcoal and a BBQ table, but food is not included in the rental price. (Also, I recommend a pot because it gets cold and windy around October) Please let us know in advance when you use it. Let's play in Nasu! Located on a hill just outside the amusement park, this villa is a spacious, open space of 200 square meters. A large wooden slide is installed in the living room. Next to it is a bouldering and creative space with all the walls made of magnets. The 65-inch TV is equipped with a "real" drum master's drum from an arcade. Why not play with the big drum at the game center? All songs have been unlocked. Of course, the internet is also available. And there is a huge rock bath. Even large groups can fit in at once. It can also be used as a pool for children. The dressing room is also spacious, so you can relax and unwind. In addition to the washing machine, there is a gas dryer, so the laundry dries quickly. In the spacious outdoor barbecue space with a roof, you can enjoy a full-fledged barbecue without worrying about the weather. Ogura is the descendant of a woodworker who lived with wood. Questioning modern housing that relies on 24-hour air conditioning for comfort, we created a space that feels like a wooden sunbeam, where you can feel the natural wind and sunlight while inside the house. While taking advantage of traditional Japanese carpentry techniques, you can stay comfortably without any inconvenience by incorporating modern facilities. On a dark night when you can see many stars, the sound of birds and the wind, and powdery snow that is so smooth that you can't make snowballs. Feel the magnificent nature of Minamiaizu with all five senses.
