The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Relax on the deck with a bbq, over looking the lagoon and cliffs. Large private yard with lush lawn perfect for kids and dogs to play. The fire pit is perfect for toasting marshmallows and star gazing at the dark sky reserve. Set back from the main river for a more peaceful getaway, only 2 minutes to the boat ramp and public river bank and kiosk.

WHISTLER VINEYARD RETREAT

Set on 80acres in the heart of the Barossa Valley this private, self-contained guest wing is surrounded by vineyard and gardens. Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. Take in the views from the verandas, sit by the campfire (during the cooler months) or relax in the hammock.

Miriam's Cottage self contained Bed and Breakfast

This lovely 1920's cottage is located in a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Tanunda. Miriam's is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants such as Ferment Asian, 1918, Musque and cafe's. Also walking distance to Langmeil winery, Peter Lehmann, Z Wines etc Breakfast provisions are there for guests to either have a cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms or continental breakfast. Included is also a cheese plate and bottle of wine. Firepit only supplied when seasonal.

The Veranda Retreat is isolated from the main residents and is self contained free space filled with fresh county air, great walks along the creek down to the Dawesley ruins while meeting the friendly alpacas.
