The house in Sokhna was in a fantastic location—right across from the beach and just a short, easy drive from Cairo, which made it incredibly convenient for a quick getaway. We especially appreciated the spacious, fenced-in yard—it gave us plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze and allow the kids to run around freely. While the house itself could have used a more thorough cleaning before our arrival, which did affect our first impression, the responsiveness of the team helped smooth things over. Moustafa and Ibrahim were especially helpful—they went above and beyond by bringing us bottled water and ice, promptly fixing the dishwasher, cleaning the pool, and making both check-in and check-out seamless. They even went out of their way to return an item we had left behind, delivering it to us in Cairo. All in all, while not everything was perfect, the excellent location and helpful hosts made for a relaxed and enjoyable beach stay close to the city.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, clean, and spacious, located in a quiet and relaxing area — exactly what we were looking for. What truly made the experience special was Mr. Bassil, the host. He was incredibly kind, respectful, and always available whenever we needed anything. His communication was excellent, and he made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back. Thank you, Mr. Bassil, for your great hospitality!

We had a great stay at the villa in Ain Sokhna. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The villa was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Other than the natural Egyptian dust (there is no escaping that) , the flat was very clean. It is perfect for a small family looking for a get away somewhere calm and beautiful. It is fairly distant from the heart of Cairo, but that is what we wanted.

The apartment is finished to a luxury standard. The bathroom is like a 5 star hotel bathroom. My family loved the stay. The garden is beautiful. I was worried the kids would not enjoy this as much as a hotel but they enjoyed it even more than a hotel. The area is very peaceful and upper class.

This spacious clean villa was way beyond our expectations. It’s located near a grand mall 7 mins /walking distance. Safe and well maintained, gated secure compound. Omar is a fabulous host. Not only was he swift in his responses to any question or concern we had at his lovely place, but also helped us with providing a maid at the last minute when ours got sick, and booked us a bus at a reasonable cost that’s safe and clean for our next excursion! The bedrooms are super clean - with four seasons white cotton linens. Villa is split in two which is awesome for large families or for privacy with large groups. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. We are definitely coming back especially after making a new friend. Thank you to a great host. Great memories indeed 😇

The house was amazing. We were a group of friends went all together to celebrate my birthday. The lady location was great 5 to 10 mins by tuktuk/car to anywhere in Gouna. The furniture is simple and clean. The outdoor of the house is what really has stood out. The pool by the lagoon and s absolutely stunning. We have enjoyed our stay and we will certainly come again to the same house

I strongly recommend this rental if you are looking for a Gouna getaway. It's beautiful, and wonderfully maintained. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, lots of seating inside and out. The pool was clean when we got there and received regular maintenance during our stay. There are several outdoor seating areas, and an outdoor shower. The Lagoon view is beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt secure rhe whole time. One note - the pillows were very fluffy, which was hard for my Mother who is accustomed to a flat pillow. Otherwise, this place was perfect. The host gave us his direct contact and when I had questions, he responded immediately. The villa is close to many amenities and when we needed to, we were able to request an Uber within 5-10 minutes. We also took a TokTok home on a couple of occasions. Oh, we ordered groceries from Gourmet, which is right outside the entrance of the compound, and then once walked over and got coffee. This was a phenomenal rental experience.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the view was breathtaking. The pool was perfect — clean, relaxing, and a true highlight of the place. The area is peaceful and very safe, ideal for a relaxing vacation. What truly made our experience exceptional was the tour guide Ahmed. He took everything to another level — incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and always made sure we had the best of everything: from delicious local food to unforgettable temple visits and a stunning Nile cruise. He truly made our trip 100 times better. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Very responsive host, rooms were a bit smaller than we expected but overall our experience was good!

Had a lovely stay. The view and proximity to the Great Pyramid was amazing…highly recommend. The atmosphere in the home with the kittens and staff on hand was always peaceful and clean, and any questions or needs were readily handled by Hassan, the home manager. We mainly had breakfast in the home and ate other meals out. The breakfast was well prepared and tasty. The same thing was served each day; however, variety was accommodated on request and was equally good. There were two of us renting the entire home so hot water seemed plentiful. WiFi was a bit spotty but we were able to navigate it. We used Mahmoud as the recommended driver and he was the best…highly recommend. For a guide, we used Miriam as recommended by the home neighbor and friend Kareem, and she was equally great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Also, for assisting with a few pictures, she had a good eye and was accommodating and took lovely shots. Overall, a great experience.
