这个villa特别好，院子里有一个泳池和很多躺椅，还有八只小猫可以撸，屋里的装修也很好看，面积也很大。最主要的是房东简直太好了，给我们买吃的买水，他还特别爱聊天，而且他说可以免费给他的租客当导游。千万不要错过这么好的房子，它值得！

Everything was perfect. Bashar provided all information needed for arrival and check-in. He recommended good Restaurants and bars, supermarkets , Taxi-and Tuktuk services - all very useful and to our full satisfaction. The Mangroovy Residence is wonderful with the awesome pool and distance to beach and bar. El Gouna is a beautiful place for relaxing holidays and we will definitely rent again Bashar’s place when we come back to Sandbox Festival. Thank you Bashar and thank you lovely Egyptian people ❤️ Viola

I loved every part of my stay here! The place was beautiful and clean. The host was responsive and helpful. The building is very secure and in such a great location within Maadi. Thanks for such an awesome experience, I will definitely be returning when I visit Egypt again!

Place was nice and calm, beautiful beach and pool and close to restaurants. Anthony is proactive and offered us both early check-in and late check-out, as well as being responsive whenever we had any questions.

Gubran offered a nice stay! We could walk out of the building and get onto the beach within minutes. All the amenities listed were provided which was great considering the washer machine! We did air dry our clothes but that’s okay as the heat and breeze dried everything within 30 minutes!! It was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us. Just an uber ride away from the Marina and a lot of good restaurants and activities! Gubran was very responsive and always available with any questions I had!! Great stay!! Thank you Gubran !

Almost near from every place, clean and cozy apartment

Walid was a great host, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He was always available if I needed anything, but otherwise left to be at home - welcomed after a day exploring! The place was exactly what I expected, located on the West Bank, a very short walk from the public ferry. It offered some peace from intensity of the city. The secluded garden was a special place to start and finish days, feeling immersed in a more authentic Egyptian experience than I would get anywhere else. The Egyptian and Moroccan architecture makes for a fantastic experience, with domed ceilings and arches built into all the rooms, and some quite special bathrooms (I had a tour). My room was spacious, had plenty of places to spread out my things and all the modern features needed (AC, fridge, hot water, power sockets). Walid and his family have clearly put passion, energy and creativity into building this place and I really wish Walid success with future plans, which I hope to return and see.

The house in Sokhna was in a fantastic location—right across from the beach and just a short, easy drive from Cairo, which made it incredibly convenient for a quick getaway. We especially appreciated the spacious, fenced-in yard—it gave us plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze and allow the kids to run around freely. While the house itself could have used a more thorough cleaning before our arrival, which did affect our first impression, the responsiveness of the team helped smooth things over. Moustafa and Ibrahim were especially helpful—they went above and beyond by bringing us bottled water and ice, promptly fixing the dishwasher, cleaning the pool, and making both check-in and check-out seamless. They even went out of their way to return an item we had left behind, delivering it to us in Cairo. All in all, while not everything was perfect, the excellent location and helpful hosts made for a relaxed and enjoyable beach stay close to the city.

Unfortunately we had a massive car crash on our way to its apartment (do not use a car in egypt even with a driver) however he was very helpful and had a super communication ! he is very helpful, and i imagine that his place is very nice !

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, clean, and spacious, located in a quiet and relaxing area — exactly what we were looking for. What truly made the experience special was Mr. Bassil, the host. He was incredibly kind, respectful, and always available whenever we needed anything. His communication was excellent, and he made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back. Thank you, Mr. Bassil, for your great hospitality!

it was amazing , i wish to stay longer than 3 days

Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in with my family! Mostafa is one of the most helpful hosts I’ve met on Airbnb, The chalet is very clean, modern and spot on. We had an amazing stay, The surroundings are very nice and everything is of walking distance and overall the place is very peaceful and great for an opportunity of chilling and relaxing. I fully recommend this place for anyone looking for a chance to relax and has an amazing stay. Thank you!

Fantastic place , and great location right on the beach. Charming views of All Alexandria beach . Private entrance and two lifts make it very easy to get in and out. All types of restaurants are very close and shopping centers . In this place you will be in center of Alexandria which you can go anywhere with local taxi , and uber . Mr Amr is great and friendly and has a great communication. We have been welcomed and felt at home. I do recommend Mr Amr apartment for anyone looking for great place to enjoy Alexandria. We will book it again . Thanks so much Mr Amr , it is was great seeing you.

The place was exactly like the pictures and george was so responsive to any queries we had. We felt so safe staying there as 3 girls. It was so clean and it had a view of the pool and lagoon! Definitely recommend:)

Nice week stay at Roberta's place. It's better (bigger) than the photos; very clean & comfy. Good bed w/strong AC, many ceiling fans, huge bathrm w/hot water, clothes washer, lovely secure front garden area. Location is super - just 30 seconds from the Nile & promenade. (Airbnb map location is NOT quite accurate; ask Mohammed for correct map details.) A full grocery is right on the corner, restaurants very close, village center 5 minutes walk (I walked to Colossi of Memnon one morn: 30 minutes). Crossing the river costs 50 eyp per person in the small private boats that are constantly offered - very easy. (Note: the public ferry (10 pounds) is 5 minutes walk - but the EAST side start point is moved further north past Luxor Temple. We never used it. Private boats saved much time & hot walks.) Best of all is Mohammed the 'caretaker'. Very helpful, honest & knowledgeable. He arranged private cars/drivers, balloon ride, can help you with anything. Good values. We'll stay here again. 😀

We had a great time! Mohamad was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful, the flat is perfect, very spacious and clutter free and Mangroovy had a great beach, beautiful pool and was a walkable distance to the marina which had lots of great restaurants!!
