Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. At your disposal, a quiet office, deckchairs for napping and the crowd of shops of the Ecusson. Air conditioning

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator - narrow staircase), quiet and comfortable. A great location to shine in the city center on a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as basic kitchen items. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "My Accommodation"), free above-ground parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.

Our very bright accommodation, fully furnished with vintage items in a bohemian style, is a duplex comprising a large kitchen open to the living/dining room, a bathroom with a double sink, and a separate toilet. The bedroom is upstairs with a skylight and (NEW: A CEILING FAN in the bedroom).
