Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator - narrow staircase), quiet and comfortable. A great location to shine in the city center on a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as basic kitchen items. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "My Accommodation"), free above-ground parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.
