Holiday rentals with a patio in Nin

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

The stay with our children was very nice. We had a great large terrace and the rooms were very cozy and clean, as well as sufficiently large for the week. We didn't miss anything; the beach as well as restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets are around the corner. The owners are very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We were there for a girls' vacation and the apartment was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It looked like the photos and we were not disappointed. Everything was super clean and tidy. One of the highlights was the heated pool overlooking the sea 🤩 The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, we had a rental car and so everything was easily accessible. We were also often out and about with Uber without any problems. A few days before our arrival, we received a message from Blazenko with all the important information. Although we arrived very late on the day of arrival, he took a lot of time and explained everything to us. Blazenko was always available to us and gave us many tips. We definitely recommend the place.

Great welcome with a bottle of prosecco made by Mira upon our arrival. Mira and Damian are two very kind, nice and friendly people. It's rare to find so much friendliness in hospitality. We had a very good time, an experience I recommend.

A very nice apartment, everything super clean and modernly furnished. We felt right at home. Josip and his family are really totally hospitable and nice. We were provided with coffee, cake and a delicious lunch from the grill. We got great tips from Josip to explore the surroundings, discover the most beautiful beaches and where you can eat well :) there are small supermarkets nearby and the sea can be reached in just a few minutes. We particularly liked the small bays in the northern part with crystal clear water, but also the beach with pine forest in Vrsi Mulo. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this accommodation!

Best of Our experience on airbnb. To say that Tomislav is a good host is like saying nothing! Tomislav is always there to help, to meet all expectations of guests, and even exceeds them. We arrived to the apartment very late with a small child, Tomislav himself offered us a ride from the airport and even to our surprise, he "filled" the refrigerator in the apartment. He was always close when we needed it, helped my husband rent a car, he offered rakija, homemade oil, gave tips, extended the checkout time, and above all, devoted his private time to make our stay even better. The apartment itself is located in a quiet area overlooking the sea. Everything is new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. An additional advantage is the great terrace with a breakfast table, rest and even sun loungers. It is worth adding that on the ground floor of the building you can use the washing machine for free, which is a really big amenity for families with children. We will definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed is super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

Super holiday villa with proximity to Zadar. You can eat well in the area, jet ski or rent boats. The house was in top condition and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book it again.

A great holiday in Privlaka - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this vacation home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can fully recommend this villa. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

The accommodation is really very nice, very modern and wonderfully equipped. Nothing was missing (fully equipped kitchen, grill, heated pool, air conditioning, washing machine, towels, etc.) Communication was great and everything worked smoothly. We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

Small accommodation located by the path to enter in 10 and 35min walk from the 2 entrances to Paklenica Park and also located on mountain bike trails. This little stone house is of crazy charm and carefully renovated all with a nice touch of decoration especially on the magnificent terrace. 2 small bedrooms ideal for a family with 2 children. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, it lacks nothing. Probably very pleasant in summer by the freshness of the stones in hot weather. Shower with pressure and parking space under the trees. Noted that the house is in a small town under renovation of a small dozen stone houses of which already 5/6 are renovated. The city is located 400m away, enough to swim 15min walk and a sufficient supermarket for the holidays 5 minutes by car all 15 minutes from the highway. A perfect place to stay for hikers of a few days or several weeks.

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!
