This was my second stay at the cottage. The location was just as I had remembered it. Spotlessly clean warm and comfortable. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area. Can’t recommend it enough

The place itself was awesome: clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with all the comforts of home. What truly made the stay exceptional was the host. So friendly, kind, and incredibly down to earth — it felt more like visiting an old friend than staying at a rental. You can tell they genuinely care about making guests feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our family absolutely loved Roy's place and had a wonderful weekend there. The house was beautifully laid out with everything you could possibly need, quality kitchen items and utensils that made cooking a meal a pleasure. The house was also immaculately clean. It had a great fenced yard which was a real treat for our dogs and an awesome fire pit that we thoroughly enjoyed, where you could sit and enjoy the surrounding which were beautiful and peaceful. Would not hesitate recommending this property.

We had such a wonderful stay at the alpaca farm in Mountainview, Canungra! The property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning scenery. It was the perfect escape for our family. The highlight was definitely the alpacas – they were friendly, curious, and such a joy to be around. It was a truly unique experience to be able to feed and interact with them up close. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were welcoming and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with a fun twist, I can’t recommend this place enough. We left with big smiles and great memories.
