Spectacular 17th c Village Post Office

We are close to the historical town of Battle where the Normans landed in 1066, 4 miles to the seaside town of Bexhill and 8 miles to Hastings. We are close to Lewes, Charleston Festival, Seven Sisters National Park and Glyndebourne. You’ll love our home because of the cosiness, the people, the location and the very comfortable beds. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and dogs by prior arrangement, we love dogs as much as you do.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds
