Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Nişantaşı, Teşvikiye

The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

We had a great time at Huseiyn's place, stayed there for a week. The apartment is even bigger than it looks in the photo. There's a fully equipped kitchen although we didn't use it. Communication with Huseyin was very easy, he was also extremely helpful when we needed something. Plenty of café and restaurants around, the metro is around 15 mins walk. I would definitely recommend his place.

Mine was a great host. The place is very centrally located close to the Galata Tower. The perfect place to start exploring Istanbul for large groups.

The stay was super central to all the historical sites literally a few minutes walk to everything including a bunch of restaurants and great shops. The home itself was even better than pictured super cute and clean with all the amenities listed. Volkan was the best most kind host providing the best recommendations for our stay outside of Istanbul as well and was super helpful during check in even helping us get transportation to and from the airport. I would definitely stay again!

We had a very comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The room was cozy, quiet, and in a great location — close to a main street but still peaceful. Just like in our previous stay, the quietness was a big plus for us. One of the highlights was how helpful the host was. They kindly let us store our luggage while we traveled to Greece for a few days, which made everything much easier for us. Communication was always fast and friendly. Our overall experience was very good, and we really appreciated the hospitality and the thoughtful help during our trip.

We felt safe and even though neighbourhood is a bit run down it feels safe and close to main city of town and lots of excellent restaurants. Good place for families and couples

I stayed a week and it felt like home. Nice and very clean apartment matching the description. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped- I had no problem cooking breakfast for myself. There are a few mini and super markets within a quarter mile from the apartment, so buying water and produce was very easy. Finding a restaurant also was not a problem- too many to choose from. It was nice to have the washer but you will need to either bring or buy the detergent. There is a small drying rack too. Aiya Sofya is maybe a 10 minutes walk away. There is really nothing to complain about. I would certainly stay again at this place.

We recently stayed at Salim Bey Apartment in Istanbul and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and both of the toilets have bidet and water hose The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and several great restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place, me and my family absolutely loved it. It was cozy and intimate, the locals were friendly and helpful, and you had a historic walk towards the Conquerors mosque. A cute apartment in a beautiful historic area near Sultanahmet mosque and Ayasophia area. Walkable to major Fatih district attractions and nice restaurants with views. It was great for me and my family of five (with 3 teenagers). The host was great and quick to respond to any questions we had. Yusuf also arranged for us airport pick up and drop off which made it all convenient!

We loved our stay! We felt right at home and the flat is perfect for 2 people. It’s extremely comfortable and cosy. Nice and warm too (it was November). Very quiet street but not far at all to walk to Taksim and İstiklal Avenue. Beyoğlu is a great area, we really enjoyed discovering it all. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine! The bathroom was new and shower was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was even some bits in the kitchen like seasoning, coffee, tea etc. Mehmet was great and every few days he checked in on us with a message to see if we needed anything. All in all an excellent place to stay.

Enes's place was great.❤❤❤ The place is in a great location, within walking distance to all historical and touristic places. There are many restaurants, markets and shopping centers nearby. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are a 5-minute walk away. The house was very good. The balcony was extra beautiful. The air conditioning was very good. The bed was very comfortable Enes was doing his best. He's always there. He wanted to make sure he had a good stay.❤ In addition, Enes helps with transfers, good and cheap restaurants, and cheap markets. This will definitely not be the last. Thank you very much for everything. Book your place without hesitation. 🙂🥰🥰

Awesome stay here! Yes, Taksim is noisy but I knew this when booking. It’s in a great location and perfect for the solo traveller or a couple. Would love to stay here again!

I stayed here for the second time and once again, I was very satisfied. It is very close to Taksim metro station, the neighborhood is very pleasant, and in the apartment you can find everything you need in a clean and comfortable atmospher. Host is very kind and responds quickly.

Nice flat for the price and in an amazing location, with supermarket and nice food places all around, not to mention 5 minutes walk from Taskim square. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation, close to restaurants, bus station, quiet area, recommended

Great apartment nearby is calm, there is everything you need, many supermarkets, there is a bakery on the ground floor of the house. There is a stop nearby, you can go directly to Taksim Square. There is a park where you can walk or run. I recommend who does not want to be in the thick of tourists, but to live in peace.
