We enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — just a 5 to 7 minute walk to Taksim Square, which makes it easy to access the metro and bus system. From Taksim, you can take the funicular down to Kabataş and hop on the T1 tram (at Kabatas) to reach key tourist sites like the Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Gulhane Park. You can also take a ferry to the Asian side (Üsküdar and Kadikoy) from Kabatas. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were kind, responsive, and great with communication. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay — we would definitely recommend it!

Hakan foi muito amável e atencioso conosco! Nosso vôo atrasou, e ele foi pessoalmente nos receber ao redor da meia noite. Foi flexível com o horário do checkout e, guardou nossas malas por mais 2h depois do checkout. Nos recomendou um restaurante de pizza turca pra almoçar e, nos ajudou recomendando um transporte, há alguns minutos do apartamento, que leva diretamente ao aeroporto, sem necessidade de transbordo. O apartamento está há poucos minutos da Rua Istiklal e Praça Taksim. Ao redor tem muitas opções de restaurantes e mini mercados para comprar o que for necessário. O lugar é extremamente movimentado, então, voltar caminhando à meia noite, não é um problema.

We stayed for a month and loved the location—2 blocks from Istiklal and Cihangir’s cafes, 10-min walk to Taksim, Şişhane, or Tophane metros. Large apartment, just as pictured. Note: elevator stops between floors, so you’ll need to walk a few steps. No oven (listing should note that), but the small air fryer works well. Microwave was “being repaired” but never returned—not really missed. The bed was comfortable for my husband, but I found it tough to get cozy sleeping on my side. A/C in the living room cools the space great. Bedroom has a floor fan—pretty loud, but it works. I sleep hot and had to run it on high. Ahmed and Gogo were excellent hosts—fast responses via Airbnb app. We’d definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. The beautiful night view of the nearby mosque was a true highlight — peaceful and stunning when illuminated. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the nearest bus stop, making it easy to get around. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made daily needs convenient. The owner was always responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a great location and a welcoming host!

This is an amazing place, located very near Taksim Square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautiful. It has big rooms and fully renovated bathrooms. There is also a big terrace and a well equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. The instructions to check in are clear. I couldn’t find anything negative. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Ümmühan‘s beautiful apartment! Would highly recommend the place, which is in a quiet street in the middle of everything. The apartment is at least as beautiful as in the pictures and has everything you need. Ümmühan was an amazing host: Super friendly and very knowledgeable with the many questions we asked her. Çok teşekkür ederim!

Elif was super helpful. He opened the doors for us in person and fixed a sliding door that was off track before we checked in. Instructions were clear and the place had everything that we needed as tourists in Istanbul. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this stay for a group of 5-6.

Parfait accueil par Wahid lors de notre arrivée à Istanbul! Le logement est parfaitement situé à quelques minutes des grands sites à visiter (Mosquée bleue, Sainte-Sophie, Grand Bazar, etc). Wahid est un hôte parfait et son magasin de tapis situé au premier étage est une mine de richesse et de belles trouvailles!

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

مرحبا عزيزتي olcay سعدت بالسكن في منزلك الأكثر من رائع بالنسبة لي يعتبر هذا المنزل جوهرة في قلب جيهانجير السكن نظف جدا اهتمامك بالتفاصيل ابهرني 😍 كل شي ينتظرك بكمال فقط احضر ملابسك و عش التجربة 😍 عادة لا تعطي تقييم لاي مكان تسكنه إلا إذا كان يستحق وهذا المنزل يستحق ١٠/١٠ الواقع اجمل من الصور 😍 المنطقة كل شي فيها جميل وسهل الوصول له إذا صعدت الدرجات بجانب البيت تجد شوارع ساحرة و كل شي فيها مطاعم مافيها سوبر ماركت إذا نزلت إلى الاسفل غلاطة بورت و كاريكوي افتح نافذة التراس و استمتع بصوت الطيور و الطبيعه و اصوات العبارات لم نحتج إلى التكييف كان الجو لطيف جدا شكرا لك

Berk was an outstanding host—highly communicative and consistently attentive to our needs during our stay in Istanbul. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the layout: the stroller could be left on the main level, the second floor featured a spotless living room and kitchen, and the third floor had well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with its own air conditioning unit—an excellent feature given the summer heat in Istanbul. The house is situated on a very steep hill, which makes it difficult to push the stroller around however, it is very central to everything. The only concern was the staircase railings, which had wide gaps and may pose a safety risk for young children. However, Berk had thoughtfully provided child safety gates. If these are installed prior to the arrival of guests with children, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Das Viertel ist alt und unsicher, oft sitzen Betrunkene am Eingang. Für Familien ungeeignet, aber vielleicht okay für Singles. Die Wohnung war sauber, wir haben immer abgeschlossen. Mustafa ist nett und gastfreundlich, aber die Lage ist schlecht.

The place was really nice and clean. It's located close to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Despite the central location, the apartment has good soundproof. Also, there is a conditioner inside which is important for someone who don't like heat. Turgay was very helpful. I got responses to my messages within 5 minutes. He was flexible with a check in and provided useful information about the area and the city.

Great location, close to local amnesties. Gym was a little disappointing since the equipment were less, but the pool, sauna and steam room makes up for it. I had an issue with the AC first night and the host got it fixed the next day. He was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.
