Comfortable, cozy & sparkling clean house located in the center of all Niseko ski areas (5~15min driving) in a quiet neighborhood outside the hotel villages. The house is great for families/friends (MAX 6 people: adults+children- no additional infants-NO EXCEPTION) with a CAR looking for a quiet space (2 cars max). Car is a must since no restaurants, shops, lifts are at walking distance. From Oct 2024 a resort fee (between 200 - 500 JPY/pers/night) will be requested and payable at checking.

A well appointed chalet (2 bedrooms + loft) on the Hirafu village border with a view of Mt. Yotei. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed while the loft space consists of two single beds. A fully equipped kitchen, WIFI are standard, as well as a washer and a dryer. Alpen Retreat offers excellent value and is a great base for any holiday. There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV). The house is situated in a small peaceful cluster of houses 6km from Niseko ski resort. The house is a Japanese/western style home, . It has 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 to 10 people. Additionally there are two living spaces . Everywhere is a short car journey away, so please only consider if you plan to rent a car. *From November 1, 2024, the Niseko Town accommodation tax will be charged. Zangetsu Hirafu

Completed in 2016, Zangetsu is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in lower Hirafu villgae. Conveniently located just a short walk from the free shuttle bus. Featuring a home entertainment system and a free Netflix account there is plenty to keep the young ones entertained.
