The accommodation was exactly as described in the listing. It’s just a short walk from the station, though carrying large luggage might be a bit of a hassle since you’ll need to climb a narrow staircase. While it's only a 10 minute train ride from Nagoya Station, I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to go back and forth to the city frequently, train fares can add up quickly. The place is perfect for those looking for a more laid back and a quiet environment, which I personally enjoyed. As a train enthusiast, I actually loved seeing the trains pass right outside the window, it added a unique charm during my stay. However, light sleepers might want to think twice, as the sound of passing trains could be an issue at night. The apartment was compact, clean, and all appliances were in good working condition. Instructions were clear and understandable. Great for a short, peaceful stay slightly outside the city buzz.

Wonderful host! For travellers with kids, there are some toys available to keep them entertained. There is a washer and dryer which helps a lot! Though some may feel it’s quite a distance to walk to Nagoya station, Taiko-dori station is just a short distance away and 1 stop away from Nagoya. So don’t let this deter you from booking this place.

The hotel offers excellent access from Nagoya Station, with the subway just a short walk away. It’s a convenient location for both business and sightseeing. The room was very clean and clearly well-maintained. I especially appreciated the in-room refrigerator and washing machine, which made traveling with kids much easier. This place has 2 big rooms with 6 Queen bed, was sufficiently big and very well equipped with everything you need. Multiple hair dryers, dish washer (small one), coffee, tea, towels, toothbrush, even facial products! The place is clean, new and very comfortable. This trip, we stayed in 3 different Airbnb and this is the one with the best experience. We enjoyed hanging out watching tv and chilling out. Thank you for having us. Highly recommended

Everything in the place feels brand new - the beds, the tables, the silverware, all of it - and everything was sparkling clean. We had a 10 month old with us, and other than a couple table lamps she wanted to grab, there wasn't any clutter or items at kid height that were dangerous. With 6 beds between two bed rooms, there was a ton of space for all of us to sleep. Would love to stay there again, the next time we visit Nagoya.

This was a great location for our visit to Ghibli Park. The host’s instructions were very clear with helpful pictures as the location would be hard to identify without the pictures. The host immediately responded when I had questions about the AC unit and washing machine. The place was clean and well organized and in a great neighborhood- we got breakfast fr the French bakery at the station and 7-eleven was right behind the place. Super convenient!

Clean and well-equipped apartment in a quiet yet central location. Large bed, small balcony with laundry rod - very practical for drying (washing machine available)! Flexible check-in was no problem, host very accommodating, thank you! Train station and car rental (Toyota) within walking distance - very convenient for us, as we rented a car for 1 day to go to Magome and Tsumago. We felt very comfortable.

The room was so clean and tidy that it made me want to stay in Nagoya long-term. The facility seemed quite new, with everything feeling fresh—just like a stylish hotel. I have lost count of how many times I’ve returned to にゃん’s place. When I’m in Nagoya, this is home to me. If it’s your first time, にゃんwill help you through. If you’ve been here before, you’ll discover something new. As much as I love the layout of the space, as much as I love the neighborhood, what I said so many years ago still rings true — the true beauty of staying here is how much the host cares to make your stay in Nagoya comfortable.
