Great place to stay, clean and has everything you need.

Having stayed at Osaka, Furano, and Asahikawa this trip, it was a relief stepping into Yamada and Maya's home. Every item was labelled with great care, and there was ample space for my 7 year old boy and 1.5 year old toddler. The house was designed with careful planning - from the living area to the bedrooms, the washroom and bathroom. It was easy to move around from a functional point of view. After travelling for a week with 2 young kids, we felt so comfortable knowing every corner was thoughtfully planned out. They even prepared a toddler stool, and set up a toy area in one of the bedrooms! I'm comforted by their hospitality in this home away from home. We rested well, and would book this place again if we were to return.

5 people stayed 2 nights. They were very kind and accommodating, and we had a pleasant time. The facilities, etc. were clean and well-equipped, and I did not feel any inconvenience. It was a relaxing space, as if I were at home, so I was able to relax and heal my fatigue after going out. There is also a convenience store nearby, and it is convenient to be within walking distance for anything.

Every room had fridge, kettle, dehumidfier and even tea and coffee for our convenience as the kitchen is on the first floor but all rooms are on the second.Everything are just so homely, I could even find baby chairs for our children to sit, and facial wash in case we don’t have.

This is a lovely place and the host really adds the tiny things to make us feel welcome. The beers were thoroughly enjoyed by my husband and we also loved the Hokkaido snacks! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much! ❤️

Great experience in Hokkaido.

The house is big and in a quiet area, surrounded by local residents. Within a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and JR station. The parking is right in front of the house. The host warmly welcomed us at check-in and check-out. All amenities were provided, and we didn't need to buy anything. All the appliances, like the AC controller and washing machine, are in Japanese, so we had to use Google Translate. The kitchen is small, and there is no oven. The knives were not very sharp. We bought sashimi but had trouble slicing it, so we ended up using scissors instead. The dining table is large, suitable for both working and eating. There is a separate office room with a computer and printer, but we didn’t use them. The house has one bathroom, one toilet, and 2 sinks, so if you come with a group, you may have to wait. However, the sinks, bathroom, and toilet are all separated, so one can shower, another can use the sink, and someone else can use the toilet. Overall, it was a great stay!!!!!

It feels like back in time when everything was slow and traditional. The house has lots of interesting antiques and little details worth looking at. It gives a total different vibe which is exactly what I was hoping for. Satomi-San is a gentle and friendly lady who welcomed us in person. Though we stayed one night only in the house, but we had fun time playing “Go” chess together!

Exactly as described! A comfortable and practical place to stay while visiting Sapporo. It is also a great location - right by a subway stop and easily accessible to all of the tourist attractions. And very close to grocery and convenience stores, and local restaurants. We had a great time! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Thank you Hiroyuki and Rei for your great hospitality.

Check in was easy with clear instructions. Having a free parking lot is definitely so much easier than parking at public parking. The house was neat and had everything I need for my family and children. Amaze by the amount of balcony to see the surrounding view. Near to odari park, and can see Sapporo tv tower from house. Near to mount moiwa rope way and tanukikoji shopping street as well. Thank you for the stay

Had a good stay at Norio’s. Was next to a super market and had a train station right behind us within walking distance. The address from website didn’t take you to the right place but Norio did give printed instructions with photos that helped. Clean and fresh towels, bunks were a bit firm. But beds were fine. Responsive to questions we had and even worked with us on a slightly earlier check in since we arrived earlier on the flight.

This time, we stayed with 5 people: parents in their 70s, a mom in her 40s, and children aged 3 and 5. There was a supermarket nearby, and I was able to use the cooking utensils and seasonings in the room for the things I bought, so it was helpful to be able to eat fresh seafood and meat in the room rather than eating out with my children. I was happy that drip coffee, green tea packs, and water were served! I suddenly wanted to do laundry, and it was a relief that there was enough detergent for one wash! It was cheap, beautiful, relaxing, and very good.

Great location, walkable to most places. Clean room and we'll equiped. Especially love the washing machine which have dryer function. Overall, love this place.

Great location, amazing space- clean and organized, walking distance to a lot of places. Would recommend.

Location is convenient. If you take an airport bus, you can arrive near this condo. Also subway station is closed to this place. Room is very cosy. Easy check- in & out. Host is very kind. They prepared free water and cookies. There are famous restaurants and coffee shop near here. Also 24 hours MaxValue, so grocery shopping is convenient. I recommend this condo to everyone!

Best location or price

I let them both use it. It is one stop to Otaru Station, and the Rotao Honten and Music Box Museum are within walking distance, making it easy to sightsee. There is a Seicomart on the way from the station, which is convenient. The room was tidy and clean, but the lighting in the room seemed dark. The amenities are perfectly stocked, and I think it is very convenient to have a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.

In the room as in the pictures, it felt nice overall, except that the comforter in the living room had a lot of no grease stains left behind was a bit of a hindrance, other things were ok, the fridge had simple flavor. No toothbrush provided, no laundry detergent was a little inconvenient😝

the apartment is very nice, very quiet with an amazing view and close to the shopping street for tourists certainly but very pleasant. The welcome in the building was fine too. we found small restaurants near the canal where we were always extremely well received. we recommend this stop in Otaru.

We loved Yumi’s place. Two things stood out. First, the home itself was very nice. It is on a high floor with a great view of the city. The beds are comfortable. The bath area has a very nice bathtub. And the dining room has a welcoming, rustic table. The space is decorated very well, but is not cluttered. Second, the location is excellent. It is very close to a subway station. And it has both a Lawsons and a Seven-Eleven nearby. It is also right next to a large, beautiful park. We were lucky enough to book Yumi’s place during the Sapporo festival in the park and had fun checking it out. Being an unfamiliar with Japanese and Sapporo, I found the paid parking lots to be confusing, but eventually figured it out. Also the security door to the elevator was confusing. Yumi explains what to do during check-in, but I still had some trouble. Despite these initial setbacks, we had a great time and I would choose Yumi’s place again the next time we are in Sapporo.
