Monthly Rentals in Nishihara, Aso District

This is a home that I would love to stay in for the rest of my life. The scenery of the mountains and volcanoes outside the balcony patio is therapeutic. I enjoyed much of my time sitting in that room enjoying my meals and resting. Hiropon san is extremely helpful whenever I wasn’t sure of something. A great place to visit the many many sites of Aso, Kumamoto and Takachiho. My family were quite sad to leave this beautiful home!

The accommodation is very affordable compared to the quality of the accommodation. I visited with my family and made a lot of good memories. All the buildings and objects were clean and of good quality, and the first and second floors were separated, so it was very pleasant. If an acquaintance visits Kumamoto, I would highly recommend this accommodation. It was also nice to feel the atmosphere of a Japanese house.

Makiko was very kind and her home was beautiful. She was very friendly and if there was anything we needed she would reply right away. This was a 10/10 home and stay. This was a huge highlight of our trip to Japan, especially Kumamoto. If we ever come back to Kumamoto (which we more than likely will) we would definitely be coming back here. There’s no other host like Makiko who is kind, sharing and lovable. There were snacks in case we got hungry and also ice cream. She did many kind gestures and like I said, she deserves WAY MORE than 5 stars. Everything about this home was great and you could really tell Makiko cares about her guests! By far this is my favorite AirBNB I’ve ever stayed at. This was great! Thank you so much Makiko and I hope to see you again soon!
